Good gym facilities. Staff is responsive. The music is so freaking loud that I can barely hear my own music in my isolating earbuds at max volume. TURN DOWN THE MUSIC A LITTLE. IT IS NOT A CLUB.
The team at this gym are amazing, staff is helpful always there if I needed help. My personal trainer Audi went out of his way to assist me in my training and fitness goals.
Highly recommend.
Gym has everything you'd possibly need. Pool is definitely a plus and no one ever uses it. I especially love the movie room with all the cardio machines.
Very large and convenient for a late night workout. The bathrooms are clean and private, there's plenty machines available for use. Amazing facility overall!
Very satisfied. Movie room is great. Tvs near the machines could be bigger but overall very happy. I go in, I work out, I leave. Perfect.
Great 24/7 gym. Parking is limited given the layout of the shopping plaza so factor that into your time allotment. Plenty of classes and also a outside workout area make this site enjoyable. Gym includes swimming pool and sauna.
I really like this place. Love the lap pool and cinema room. There can be a little wait for a machine but usually not too long. I go to another machine, do a rep and it will be open. Yes, parking can be full but if you're going to work out I don't see how walking an extra hundred feet should be a problem. Staff seem kind, I don't have much need to talk to them, I go to the gym to exercise and that's all .
This is my go-to stress reliever. They have a cinema, pool, and kid zone. The locker rooms are always clean and the staff makes you feel like home.
Ridiculously poor customer service, manager lacks respect . Wanted to try the gym after signing up for free pass and told me i was all good till when he tried to talk to me and sell me on a membership and i told him i was on time crunch and had work, since i didnt have time to talk he said i had to pay 20 for a daily pass and didnt let me in. Never coming back
Everyone was super friendly on my first walk in. I honestly came for the Zumba class which is what I really want to write about. The guy who teaches it is high energy and awesome. If you're having a bad day you're in luck because he'll make you smile or laugh the entire class as well as help you feel in shake via instructing. Aside from the amazing Zumba instructor, the building is clean and very well maintained. It's in a good location and all the pricing is super great. Very worth it.
Crowded, stuffy, old and just an overall terrible gym to attend. I used to go to the one off Higley and Pecos. Then I moved. This is the closest location. I hated this place so much that I actually cancelled my membership here and went elsewhere. That should tell you everything you need to know about this place.
They always do a great job at this EOS. Everything is realively clean. They've got like 3 stations for olympic lifting (rare in most commercialized gyms). Pleanty of treadmills and the astroturf isnt too bad either. Only complaint is that its not a standard size pool (25 yds).

Good price but you get what you pay for. Limited equipment and the gym is way too packed. It would be better if they would reduce their memberships. Also, it is very globogym like.

Nice place with good facilities, especially the different types of classes they offer. Also love the kids area where we can leave our kids. It's just a bit crowded in the evenings, and have to wait to get access to the free weights.

Great clean facility. No douche bags. And the people on the front desk were very nice.
Not the cleanest. Super busy. Lazy staff. Nice equipment though; great deadlifting area.
Tony James gave me a hour tutorial about workouts and the gym. Put me on a lot of things that was really helpful with getting the proper work out and not hurting myself. Gave me lots of wisdom and guidance that I seeked out as well. He was an awesome trainer seemed like he could be my best friend at the same time. Haha! Really all around awesome guy and coach. I was really blessed and fortunate to get a little one on one with the man himself. Thank you.

Was a gym member for a few years, but was unsatisfied from their lack of customer service. Going to find a new spot since it's always overcrowded when I want to go. Their business model is all about getting new customers and not about helping existing ones.
Loved the gym. It was big, not crowded, with lots of areas, people were friendlier and relaxed and its better than most gyms here in LA from my perspective.
Great customer service at their front desk, compare to horrible customer service at LA FITNESS DOBSON location. Their front desk staff always very helpful and friendly.
Bert is so kind and generous. He is an honest guy and takes care of everyone. This guy truly cares about people. Please go see him if you want good service. I'm sure there are more great people here but I only see him.

All of the locations I have been in have all been clean. The equipment is kept clean, I have noticed if anything is broken it is repaired promptly. Staff are always very nice.
Very nice gym. Go here regularly. Nice fitness coaches
I went in to see if I can get a 7 day pass , the girl that was helping me never mention a $40 fee. She kept trying to make me get a membership but I stay firm and advise her I wanted to try it first. She ended up giving me a 2week pass that I thought it was perfect. I ended up going to the location in Tempe since my kid liked the kids area better. When the 2 week were up I waited for her call all morning. She didn't get back to me until late in the afternoon. I advise her I was at work and I couldn't just leave. She started to tell me that if I didn't go today I would have to pay $20 and that if I did it with her now it would only be $5 she wanted me to ok the payment. I told her no that I was going to wait until tomorrow since I wanted to make sure it would only be that amount. I go in the next day I talk to the general Manager, he then brings up the $40 that no one told me about. He stated that in 2 weeks I would have to pay $20 for first month and $40 for annual fee so in total $60 I told him I couldn't do that right now since they fail to tell me about an annual fee and he was just like ok bye. Its really sad because I actually was thinking about getting a membership.
I actually really like this gym, but it's so incredibly crowded. I've been going here since it opened, and Gold's for years before that.
I'm glad they're doing well, but what good is it to keep stuffing in more new members only to have others leave due to it being far too busy?
At this point, my family is looking to move to a different gym, likely Mountainside.
I'm a newer customer to EOS and currently have a strong love/hate relationship going on. PROS: The staff is awesome, genuinely. The equipment is in good shape, they offer a LOT of classes, specifically the ones I look for, which are Les Mills, and the price is good. There's no contract, so you can quit anytime you want.
CONS: Holy hell, is the parking lot terrible. TERRIBLE. I know this isn't their specific fault, but because the facility is in a shopping center, you are competing with other businesses for parking, especially at peak times. I literally have to show up 30 mins before a class starts just to find a spot to park- IF I can find a spot. It. Is. A. Disaster.
It's a pretty small gym overall. It's not your typical, large, space all over kind of place. Additionally, the classes are crowded. Horrifically crowded. You have to line up like cattle, far in advance of the class start time, to fight for a decent spot. You add that with the parking and it's a mess. (They should buy the LA Fitness building on Baseline/McClintock and remodel it as it just shut down. The parking lot is at least 4x the size and and you're not having to share at all in the same way, plus the gym is at least 2x as big. They could do SO MUCH there.)
On top of that, the classes aren't staggered in time of starting/ending, so you are always either having the class you're in cut short or rushed or running over. It's a mess. They need time between classes so people can break down, set up, and get ready.

Don't even bother , you'll be charged to cancel your membership plus additional random fees. Membership is 25 for my package but 64.00 was withdrawn last night . Nothing new been a member for a while. Never had this problem . ABC financial handles the memberships apparently , have called before to cancel membership months ago . Still taking money out . I will just have Chase block you from withdrawing.
I love this gym! The price is great ! It's 24 hours and the sauna is to die for. The staff is always nice and greets you and if you go late night the whole gym is yours !!
Real nice staff, lots of different equipment but when it breaks it sure takes a long time to be fixed. It's been over 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for a new battery in the pool clock. Not sure if the equipment has ever been cleaned but I haven't gotten sick yet. Just wish the gym would make cleaner/paper towels more accessible
Absolutely love this gym! So much equipment! And it's not super packed to the point where it's uncomfortable to work out . I had one issue with my account being charged twice , I called and spoke with Nicole and she was an absolute pleasure to speak with . She handled my complaint and was so respectful and understanding! She made me love this gym even more . They could use more people like her at the front desk!
The gym has all the machines but service is terrible. They tricked me into a long term personal training contact and it's a nightmare to cancel for medical reasons.
Managers are unreliable. She asked me for a letter, I got her a letter, and now she has to review it??? It's non of their business what my medical records state. WAY too extreme for a gym. I just want to cancel my contract.
Definitely do not recommend.
Not a gym buff was trying to consider which gym I wanted to go to. I decided to come in for a tour knowing they have a 7 day trial. After tour and talking about price. They tried to negotiate the start up cost when all I wanted to do was try it out before starting. Rather than letting me try the gym they told me to come back when I want to sign up. So instead I am leaving to sign up at a gym that is at a more convenient location.
Got in contact with one of the trainers named Burt and he was amazing. Great customer service and he really wen above and beyond to help me.
Nice gym I have both EOS and LA fitness memberships and I prefer EOS anyday over LA Fitness. The people are motivated and friendly the gym has great equipment. The only downfall is it's too cold in the gym.
Just moved here 2 days ago. Was in need of a gym. This one was close and after reading the reviews I still went in. I personally believe the everyday perception of how things should be is really high for people. I came from Crunch @ 9.99 a month. This gym has alot more to offer as well as charges the same 40 dollar annual fee just like Crunch. I have no issue with 19.99 a month for a pool and a sauna I didn't have. And Cinema room... yes please. Also its 24 hours!!!! And the A.c. shoot that's enough for me anyways. The front desk people greeted me fast and with smiles. I was then greeted by Victoria whom was super nice and friendly overall. She asked if I wanted a tour after I showed interest in the week trial. She gave me no grief and let me on my way. After my workout I enjoyed it so much I decided to sign up there and then. As far as the complaints of pricing... You all signed the same paper work as me. They are clear with it. I'm assuming most of you did the glance and sign. I'd presume that was the flaw for you. I can't for tomorrow's workout! Amazing and clean gym!
This is a great location! New equipment and very clean locker rooms. There is an outdoor fitness area if you go to the back past the locker rooms, way less crowded and perfect when the weather is nice.
