Favorite gym in the Valley
Tammy is super nice, professional, quick and made my day very easy and painless, unlike humiliating Laura in Camelback location. I love both gyms: all equipment and the rest of employees are phenomenal.
Im ok with some of the staff and then im not i don't appreciate this one particular staff member named ryan hegger he is very rude and threatening towards me and i dont appreciate his bulling and hostile as well its very rude and strange and i dont appreciate being intimidated buy this individual and his friend's as well. I also do not like some of the female staff they always give me harsh stares and make rude comments about me and my family which i dont pay 600 dollars a month for. Thank you for your terrible service i wont be back that is not how you treat people or your consumers very disappointed and discussed as well.
We love coming here! Their child care is the best we have experienced at any gym. They have an excellent choice of classes.

I love everything about this club...from Tammy in new members to Winkie, my trainer to Ali in the cafe! I always love coming to The Village. I can't imagine a health club with more amenities or nicer people. Great activities with something to do for everyone! I always look forward to coming to The Village at Gainey!!

I am visiting from Michigan and everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating at Gainey. The facility was beautiful, clean and they had everything I needed. I highly recommend!

Extremely overpriced and mismanaged. Customer service does not apply here. Very dissapointing and dissatisfied with the lack of communication between management and staff. Management will not call you back. All they want are fees and $. Do not join here.

Ganiey Village has been my home away from home for the last 15 years. Life is better at the Village.
Nice staff, cool gym, extreme amount of free classes, good pool for laps, wallball courts, moderate amount of weights and machines, can be crowded sometimes, basketballs sometimes fly into treadmill area downstairs, no biggie though, staff constantly will pick up after others which gives a feeling of cleanliness, lockerrooms have a sauna, hot tub, cold bath, showers with shampoo conditioner bodywash, shavers combs deoerant etc, even a tv and couch near entrance. There is a little lobby after checkin with a small kitchen where you can buy food and drinks, with a few tables couches and tv, a free coffee machine with creamer etc.
They also sell small amount of clothes and shoes by checkin but they aren't too special and a bit pricey. Running shoes look nice though. I pay $160 a month, some people pay less, they'll honor your memebership price at time of purchase for life as long as you keep it. I think it's worth it if you can afford it.

Gainey Village Health Club is truly a lifestyle. Trying to explain this to friends and business associates is always a bit tough. It is a bit like Church, you really don't know your feelings unless you are sitting in the pew and hearing the sermon right?
I was a member of GVHC back in 2010 I candidly left when dealing with some personal and professional challenges. Candidly, although I needed to save the money it was tough to walk away from.
This spring I made a conscious decision on what I wanted the next twenty years of my life to look like. Back in the sports/entertainment agency space and having my children grown including my daughter getting married, I wanted to return to a place that I call "my little slice of Heaven on earth".
What makes Gainey Village Health Club so amazing is the people. The members all seem to care about each other and I love starting or ending my day chatting with "my locker mates". The staff is more than friendly, they treat you like family. What you have at Gainey Village is truly special!
I've been too many other upscale health clubs around the US and some globally. Nothing compares.
I have been here many times and I love it, but
do NOT make reservations on the same day. They will not inform the pedicurists that you were added to the schedule. and will make you wait 40 minutes because the pedicurists didn't know you were there. Once you check in they dont inform the pedicurists that you even arrived and are waiting. Then you will be rushed through because there is another appointment after yours. Also my nails were chipped before I even left the building.
Amazing instructors...fabulous staff !!!
This center is not just a spa, it will give you different techniques to have a good condition body, from the food we intake through exercise. They also give health wellness consultation which i found good for all the members.
