I joined BodyVision last month and have attended their three main workouts: upper-body, Core and lower-body.
I spent two years at orange theory before getting bored with the work outs. I went to a personal trainer to incorporate weight training and circuit training along with what I learned at orange theory, but the cost to go on a regular basis was too expensive.
BodyVision has improved on the concept, they have four rooms one with treads, one with rowers and free weights, a room with circuit machines and lastly one with spinning bikes. The sound system and video systems are awesome, much better than staring in a mirror looking at myself.
The space is new, clean and well maintained. I have attended classes with as little as six people all the way up to twenty. The max is twenty four and the way the rooms are designed it doe not feel crowded.
Rob is a great trainer, he keeps you motivated.
