i have been a member with body renew for a while. my health reasons have kept me from going to the gym for so long that today on jan 13, 2020 i had to make that dreaded call to cancel my membership. when Shawn answered the phone i told him what was going on and i needed to cancel we talked for a bit while he looked up my membership. to my surprise he told me that with being with them for so long that if i needed just some extra time to get better he(Shawn) could go ahead and put a hold on my membership for up to 3 months. i did agree!! I don"t think any big corporate gym would give you that chance. this is a gym you need to come and check out. They also treat you like family. Your always told hi when coming into the gym. These trainers give you advise if you ask also one more thing they watch you and if you are not using equipment correct they will assist you to not hurt your self. I have to give all five stars.

This is really a great gym! I got a personal trainer (Shawn) just over a year ago and I have been very happy with both my trainer and my results. I was hesitant to try personal training again after a negative experience I had at one of the big box gyms. But with BR's 30 day guarantee I really had nothing to lose and Shawn has gone above and beyond for me, even going as far as getting me hooked up with a mechanic for my car which saved me $400 compared to the dealership quote I got.
As an added bonus the gym is always very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend the trainers and the gym as a whole!
Great place to work out. clean and convenient. I signed up to do training with Tim and he's an amazing trainer. Very knowledgeable and patient. The place itself is clean and have all of the different machines. Most of the time, it's not crowded which is good because i like to workout in a nice quiet area (not busy all the time). Overall, i love this place. I never go to the gym before but now I love coming to the gym.

Awesome local gym for folks who are serious about getting/staying healthy, while also being down to earth and friendly--not a bit pretentious! I signed up for twice a week training with Andrea because I've developed some foot problems and need to learn some new moves in the gym. She's amazing! She has a bachelor's in exercise science, knows her stuff, researches what she doesn't know, and we never do the same thing twice. She works me harder than any trainer I have ever had, and it's making a huge difference in my life!

Great availability, clean, reasonably priced. Only minor gripe is there's no rack safety stuff for benchpress station (no cage setup). Updated review - the guys who run the gym offered to help spot anytime on benchpress station. Very kind of them to offer.

This is a great gym! Very clean, not overcrowded, and the staff is terrific. Sean, Andrea, and Tim are great trainers and very motivating. Highly recommend!

You just can't beat this gym... everything is brand new in working order and very clean. Going on my 2nd month here and it's everything I wanted and more!
I love this gym! it is clean and has new equipment. From the moment I walk in I am greeted with a smile and I feel like I am family with the staff. I highly recommend ditching the big gyms and joining the family.
Love this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is spacious and very clean. The classes are great with instructors who know how to help members on many levels of fitness.

Don't be tricked by the website. The normal price is $100 enrollment, plus $29, plus another $29/month with one year agreement for the average package. Place has no complimentary towels. Most gym goers here are typically anti-social, naive to any regular human interaction. I guess that's the premium you pay for.
This is a great place to workout at all levels, it's clean, all the equipment is new, the staff are great, and the atmosphere is awesome! It pretty ideal for me too, only being a short walk from my house. DEFINITELY recommend!
