All employees are uneducated, low temper teens. They threw away our drinks and they said they would "look" into it. 23 minutes later we left. TERRIBLE don't waste your money here!!
It's decent during slow times. Teenage staff do almost nothing. Today visited and have been over a dozen times before. Was told my sons waiver expired in April 2017. Have been a dozen times since that... was asked to complete a new waiver even though the friends we always go with weren't. Inconsistent treatment of customers as I know for a fact our waivers were completed at the same time. Teenage clerk couldnt conceive this fact. Also, your kid could be 6 months or two years old and depending on what you say to them they may or may not charge you. They also don't enforce age limits and our 5 year old and 6 year old were bullied in the 6 and under area by a child who was clearly older- a large 8 year old with no parental supervision to be exact. We will continue to visit, but this is a warning to any new patrons as to what you will face.

Great place for kids. The prices are very low for the under 6 age group. The under six area has pay per minute massage chairs while you watch your kids get tired. What a great idea! My sister scheduled a 6 year old kids party from 7 pm until closing time at 9 pm on a Friday, and the staff wasn't unfriendly at all about it. In fact, the staff was extremely nice, helpful and courteous. We had such a great time and we were only there about an hour.
I think for one hour it was less than $20 total for my 3 toddlers, what a deal. The kids area even has a huge trampoline area, better than jumpstreets kids area. Jumpstreet also doesn't have the Hover boards to ride on. There are a few picnic tables indoor near the back setup for small parties and groups.
The picture below is of half the kids area where it's posted nobody over 6 can play so they don't endanger the little ones. There are also vending machines and a clean restroom. Lots of parking is available in the shopping center and close up parking as well. Overall, extreme air 2 is an excellent value and a great place to bring kids of any age anytime, year-round.

Very rude staff, they talk to the children like a drill Sargent. All of the staff are teenagers. Not a clean friendly place. Over priced. Don't waste your money at this location.
This is a great place to take kids especially during the summer when it's hot outside. The under 6 area has a really nice climbing structure and some trampolines that they can jump on, and it was only $5 for the hour. The only thing I would say is there's not much seating for adults you want to stay and watch their kids. If you want to enjoy the rest of the area it's $11 an hour, all in all not bad!

This is by far my favorite trampoline place to go to! Kaylee is by far the nicest and most knowledgeable employee at Extreme Air on Ray Rd. Thanks for making our visits fun!
