Biggest Lululemon I've ever been in, 2nd biggest store in U S. But the best part was the people that helped me, priceless!!! The only downside is that informed me they are terminating the Iviva line for girls ..I have 5 daughters! What do I do now???

One of the better Lulus I've been too. Every time I'm looking around, someone comes to help me. They end up helping me find the right size and make me feel good. Definitely recommend coming here next time you need some Lulu gear!

I went in to a lululemon store in Scottsdale Az. Wanting to try on I needed a jacket some leggings and yoga pants. Not one person asked me if I needed help. I am not perfectly in shape but I am trying. My workout clothes need to be updated. I wanted lululemon because it seem to be the best but now I am reconsidering my thoughts.

RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE CLOTHING JUST FOR RUNNING. Pushy and high-strung sales people. Seriously, $75 for a Walmart-quality long shirt for running? $120 for a light sweater for running? I like the color palette they use though.
Go to ROSS Dress for less. I have found great Nike, etc gear there for $30.

If I could rate this store less than a star, I would. My girlfriend -- Miranda -- and I do not mind the product because we know the prices are high and we enter the store expecting that. What my girlfriend did not enter the store expecting was utter disrespect, blatant and unwarranted push back and an insurmountable amount of unprofessionalism and borderline discrimination shown by the manager at this location. Miranda was followed throughout the store, as security often does when they suspect someone is stealing. Once Miranda was done shopping, the manager was reluctant to take Miranda's money because "she didn't feel comfortable taking her money", though the machine at the store determined the bills were real. When Miranda asked for a box to hold the clothing set that Miranda had gotten as a gift for her mother for Mother's Day, the manager denied that she was getting a clothing set as a gift and, again, was incredibly reluctant to provide one for Miranda. To make matters worse, the manager did this in front of her employees and other customers. Neither Miranda, nor I, appreciate the disrespect and accusatory implications set forth by the manager of this store. Then, to top it all off, when asked, the manager did not provide her name because, "she didn't feel comfortable giving it out".

Prior to this experience, we had never had a bad experience with Lululemon (outside of a lost pair of leggings at the fault of UPS, not Lululemon). However, as a result of this experience, we will never shop at this location again, if we even decide to shop at Lululemon ever again.

Best Customer Service Ever Received!!!! The store manager on Sunday afternoon (6/11) was the NICEST woman I have ever come in contact with; and I apologize in advance for now remembering her name because she deserves tons of credit.

I had a problem with a previous purchase and she was more than willing to help. So much so, we ended the transaction with a hug!

Some might say it is their job to fulfill a customers needs but it was the most pleasant and graceful transaction I've ever had.

Thank you for being so amazing and spreading that support throughout your store! You are a fantastic leader and set a AMAZING example for the rest of the Lulu crew.
