This is the best training experience I've ever had. Mark and Drew are awesome trainers. They are caring, accommodating, and professional. They really helped me change my life for the better. 10/10 would recommend!

I've been training with both Mark and Drew for 6 months now and have lost 30lbs of mostly fat. They are extremely supportive and know how to push people to accomplish their goals without going overboard like some trainers. I tell all of my family and friends about what a great service they provide. My favorite part is the mixed workouts to confuse the muscles. every week is a new focus and every week something new is sore. Drew is a health guru and Mark Hill (Owner, also very knowledgeable) is one of the most genuine people I've ever met. 5/5 couldn't be better.

I have been coming here for about 4 months now and the experience has been great! I wanted to start working out again after I fractured a lumbar in my spine but was hesitant to do so. Mark and Drew gave me personalized workouts to build muscle while simultaneously improving my flexibility and strength in my back. The workouts are never boring since they are all unique and I always feel satisfied with them since I am sore almost every time the following day. Mark and Drew are very nice guys but push you to give it your all so you can attain the best results. They also provide you with a diet plan and give you tips on how to improve your nutrition and overall health. Totally recommend trying them out!

I am just finishing up a 6 month program at Lifestyles Personal Training, and I can say the experience far exceeded my expectations! Mark and Drew really honed in on what I wanted to accomplish with my fitness goals and helped me push towards them fast and had a ton of fun along the way. From the first initial body assessment to the insane library of nutritional information I was given and all the way down to the last workout, It has been the best "gym" experience I have had. Every workout is different and I always leave my session feeling like I have accomplished a good workout. They are incredibly accommodating with scheduling, always a no hassle change when life gets crazy. Something I noticed that was different from many gyms and trainers I have worked with, THE ENVIRONMENT. Mark and Drew are always encouraging and positive. Aside from the pain of pushing your muscles, you will look forward to every workout and it will quickly become part of your daily routine that you won't wan't to miss. I packed on about 12 lbs of of muscle and have reshaped my body into something I enjoy looking at in the mirror. I can't recommend Lifestyles enough, mention my name and Mark will add more weight to any workout. lol. ;-)

Mark Hill is, hands down, the most best personal trainer I have ever worked with. I crossed paths with him at a small gym in California, and I was blown away by how much Mark had me accomplish with a simple kettle bell and a bench. I was so incredibly impressed with the depth of his knowledge, and how many different ways there are to exercise muscle groups that I didn't even know about. Mark knows his stuff, has a fantastic approach to fitness and is incredibly supportive. Best decision ever!

Mark is one of the best trainers I have ever had. If you have weight goals or trying to start a healthy lifestyle then this is the place. His passion and motivation to get you to your goals is everything you would hope for. I went to him for 9 months, I lost 13 lbs, 3% body fat, can do pull ups now, and don't have any pain in my lower back or sciatica anymore.

That being said, it's up to you to take the bull by the horns and be disciplined in working out and eating right, he can help you get on your way.

I've known Mark Hill for almost 15-years and can say without hesitation, he is one of the best trainers in the valley. His personal attention to his clients is what makes him so special and his knowledge in the field of fitness and nutrition is extensive. It you're looking for a great trainer who happens to be a genuinely nice guy, call Mark.
