I have a lower back injury from tennis, nothing serious, but a pulled muscle that stopped me from hitting the courts. Over the past 2-years, I went to 2 doctors, 2 chiropractors and 3 physical therapists, but none of them could give me a long-term solution. Six weeks ago I tried Pilates for the first time. It's AMAZING. I've had about 10 sessions and my back feels about 90% better. I played tennis last Saturday and had zero pain. Not only are the classes great, but the instructors are AWESOME at Pilates Tempe. I love Erin and Kim for their reformer and Tower classes. I highly recommend Pilates Tempe.
