First class facility that provides services to the physically and mentally challenged veterans, children, and adults. Advocacy and charitable doings that I'm not fully engaged in to talk further. The gym that is a part of the overall campus is beautiful and awesome facility open to all(public w/ special rates for some groups) but especially disability friendly with sports leagues, rehab serviced, and things such as rock climbing and aerobic classes, along with swimming pool that is first rate weptlife guard on duty. Open to veterans for a reasonable annual fee , and the staff is wonderfully nice, shot out to Carlos (Jesse?) and the night girl terrible with names but they don't have name badges, they're awesome. Great place for women and kids to workout; quiet, serene, clean, with respectful people, great place for those who might be embarrassed by how they might appear, this is the place that embraces all and will help you reach your goals. They were there for me when I needed it most and they were kind when the World seemed otherwise at times, a reminder of what's good if you look for it. I need to visit more now that my life isn't so different and somewhat normal not the norm for me though. Only complaint is Sat hours and closed Sundays stinks, makes no sense community polls are open, hours during week only until 830 but that's okay 930 be better. Maybe a few flat screens in the lobby, but they do crank the tunes. Good place to kill a day, regular hours on Saturday then keep sundays closed.
