I lost 40 lbs working with Physix, LLC. I knew how to diet, I knew how to exercise but I had lost my motivation and I needed someone to hold me accountable. I thought I would join for a month or two in order to get going but found the experience so great that I chose to keep going...for over a year now. At Physix I have made goals and achieved them, made friends and now I run. I was never a runner before Physix. It is great to have fitness goals such as running races verses the goal of getting in shape.

My husband has been a member of the Physix "family" for over 2 years and he's lost 100 pounds over those 2 years. There are no fancy pills or expensive surgeries, just lots of hard work, education and caring which made the weight loss possible.

Physix trainers have taught him how to read food labels and eat healthier - even when we go out to eat. They've also found his desire to work out and push himself. My husband loves going here and drives from the airport area 3 days a week to participate in workouts. If he didn't love it, he wouldn't still be doing it.

The workouts are fun, but they aren't easy. You leave feeling like you've really given it your all and you've had a good time too. The Physix family works hard and has a great time together. There is always laughter and smiles - except maybe when we're all doing burpees.

If you're interested in something that works and you're willing to put forth the effort, but you also want to enjoy the journey, this is the place to start.

I started with Physix with a choice to buy the next size up in clothes or join them. I figured in the long run this would be less expensive. See I was on my way to becoming a diabetic so I could change now or be prepared to go to diabetic meds. 5 months later I am down over 20 lbs and down 2 sizes. I never thought I could reach the goal that we set when I started, now I can't wait to get there. I am excited about seeing how well I can do and I love the effects of working with the trainers. Muscles look cool. Plus I was able to get the support I needed to make to better food choices. I always quit the other plans after 2 months because it wasn't fun or this and that got in my way. Physix is now my body in motion!

It all started with a book written by Shannon "...then just stay fat!" and I thought it was provocateur enough to get and read it. I got it off Amazon however sometimes you can get it for free through your Kindle device.

After I read it, everything was so simple that it just made sense. However, I am not a believer at first sight and I wanted to put into practice what I have read. After all, eating less should logically trigger a weight loss right?

To my surprise, it just worked as simple as that. Coupling exercising and calorie deficit brought my weight 12 pounds lower.

I decided then to try their work out and signed up for a free 3 weeks trial. I was totally blown away from start to finish. The quality of the instructors, their knowledge and classes were something I haven't found anywhere else and, believe me, I have visited a lot of gyms in my life.

I said "visited" because none of them really made me feel like a place I wanted to stay. Now I call Physix home. On top of this, I ended up losing another 2 pounds and now get a 9.4% body fat, awesome!

Highly recommended!
