I have been going here since Dec 2019. I want to shout out their AMAZING instructors Jake, TJ, Corwin & the newest Tianna!!! These instructors are legit! They make sure that your technique is right, they hype you up, and just run a great class. It is a smaller gym and that's what I dig about it. It isn't crowded and filled with people! It is clean and has great energy! I would definitely recommend this gym to everyone!
Friendly staff, very clean, new equipment, and not too busy. Nice gym!
Misleading sales process. In addition, though the "membership" has never been used, refuse to simply cancel. Even offered, after their having collected 5 months of payments for free, a walkaway. I was refused and told $200 would buy me out. Headed to the BBB next, along with my credit card company and, potentially, a civil court.
Buyer beware.
Don't sign up here, I signed up for one month. Paid for the month upfront in cash. I was told no initiation fee. I told them I would try the gym for a month and if I liked it I would pay again at the end of the month. They had me sign stuff on a iPad and I didn't have my glasses so the guy was reading to me what I was signing. I never gave a credit card for reoccurring payments. I ended up 2 weeks later getting a phone call that I owe $80 for a initiation fee. I told them that was waived and they argued so I said cancel my membership and I will use just the rest of what I paid for. They never cancelled it and every month I get emails that my credit card was declined. I never gave a credit card so they put in a stolen card. I have the last four digits of the card they keep trying to charge. They sent me to collections and keep harassing me. I spoke with the owner David Muir today and he was as uncooperative as everyone else I spoke with. He told me go ahead and call the police over the card that was put on my account he doesn't care. Now this is there owner, he doesn't care about good customer service. The place is filthy, unprofessional and their classes aren't anything you can't find on You Tube. Their hours are terrible and the people working in there are rude and not knowledgeable. Too many good reputable gyms here in town don't deal with this one.

Everything has been good, now that Sean is the GM. The former GM really put me in a bind and I won't go into detail about it. Sean really worked with me and helped fix a lot of the damage that was done. I appreciate him listening and trying to help me in every way possible. But he also explained everything in detail in reference to the the contracts so I understood it all. I feel more secure and like i can trust this place. I've had some ugly experiences in the past at different gyms with them charging my card continuously after I ended my memberships. I like knockout fitness. I cannot forget to mention Juan. He is a great trainer and very patient. Sean and the rest of the team are great! So far. And I'm good with that. Communication is key and I feel like I've gotten that now that Sean is there.

Management is great and the trainers are awesome! Everyone is friendly and the workouts are amazing. I highly recommend Knockout Fitness!
I love taking the boxing and kickboxing classes here. I get such a good workout in an hour! I love the music too. It really gets you pumped. Be prepared to sweat and to get in shape while having fun.
Gm Sean hooked it up with a smoking deal, his words though didn't exactly match the contract however he revised it to match his words making this a good deal! So 4 stars for now. When I get my first bill, and it matches our agreement I will give it a 5th star for sure.

My experience at knock out has been by far the best ever. They really are about your goals and commitment come do a class but stay committed to your goals
