When I signed up to EOS fitness they said there was no contract. They also said I can switch between multi-club and single club no extra fee. Don't let their salespeople scandal you into a membership. Incredibly disappointed with eos fitness.

Love this gym for it's location, equipment and the people! Oscar was great, knowledgable and if he wasn't sure how to answer a question he was willing to ask for help. He got me all set up and feeling confident about taking full advantage of the gym. Francisco and I just started with personal training, but he has a great energy that makes me feel ready to start this year on the right foot! Would definitely recommend for newbies and gym fanatics alike.

Great gym. Plenty of machines, weight and cardio, and free weights. Newly updated equipment. Members dedicated to working out not socializing and considerate of others.

Shady sales team. I should have read the fine print more closely because this place will say or omit whatever they need to to get you to sign up for a membership and/or their personal training services. My experience was filled with a lot of empty promises and extra fees.

This forlorn gym is BARE BONES. It desperately needs a remodelling and new equipment. This is the ugliest, stinkiest gym I've ever seen in my life. Bare cement walls old equipment and nothing but stinky men. There was one overworked staff girl on duty from 8-6 am. I could not find anyone to help me. None of the equipment connects to the 8 tvs. She didn't know that the stationary bikes dont have a tv connection nor do the treadmills or the eliiptical. Alisha tried to be attentive when I started complaining but she was overworked with lots of people asking questions.They told me I have to just read the captions. They dont wven have a place for a headset. The first stationary bike I tried had a bad pedal. Why are the owners so cheap that they can't buy modern equipment and employ a decent amount of staff? Obviously none of the profits are going back in the gym. There's ugly old indoor outdoor carpet. I suppose they think that looks nice. Lol This gym has none of the cosmetic perks as Planet Fitness or LA Fitness. This gym is for big sweaty guys who like to lift weights in a ugly cement atmosphere. There's just one big ugly room. It's disgusting. I paid for a month and that's all I'll use. It reminds me of an old sweaty boys gym locker in high school. I suppose its fine for sweaty balls, but what about the women? Don't we deserve better? I only came here for a month because it's right around the corner to my house. Thankfully I kept my Planet Fitness membership. That gym for the same price is modern, well cared for with modern colorful equipment that says I care. My roommate has had a membership here for 6 months and never goes because even he says it's gross. I got in my car and I noticed this beautiful gorgeous Latin girl about 25 yrs old come out and I said, You're the only good thing in this gym, because it's so nasty in there. How can you stand it? And she said, "You know I was thinking about that tonight. I thought to myself that there's a lot of sweaty guys in here tonight." She said I wondered if I was the only girl. I said why do you belong to this nasty filthy men's locker room gym. She said, It IS really really gross. I said, "Go to Planet Fitness or LA Fitness or any other gym. I even heard the EOS on McClintock is nicer than this one." Sorry for this negative rant, but I have nothing good to say about this place. I'm appalled amd.really disappointed because it would have been so convenient. CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!!!uh

The lady with black hair white skin working front counter tonight was complete b*tch she takes forever checking everyone out then also saw her uses cuss words in front of little children and sneers at all the incoming customers. Lady if u dont like ur job quit bringing your misery to your work.

Great gym, not too busy like the Tempe location. Also they have every machine you can thing of. Like the mix of old school lifting set ups and new school machines, made it a nice mix as my girlfriend always likes the new machines and I always go for the old school. If your looking for a great place to lift without a bunch of annoying people taking selfies and texting on machines, this is your gym!!!

Awesome gym. Friendly staff. The gm is a great guy as well and very helpfull. For the price you cant beat it.

Great gym. I cancelled my LA Fitness membership because this gym was so much better. People who go to EOS are more motivated to work out than standing around and talking taking up machine time. The Ahwatukee location is awesome. During their peak hours you can see till find a machine or bench to work out on.

Too sale-sy, if that's a word. I mean you have to pick a fight for them to actually leave you alone. Do not go in unless you commit to the gym membership. They don't take soft "no"s.

The gym was very nice when I was able to go but its been over 2 years since I've even lived near an EOS center and I still get phone calls and emails from these folks even after having requested to be removed from the call&email list (or w/e system they have) most of the time when asking about being removed the representative sound like they start tuning out and obviously nothings been done so I guess I just have to block them??

Pretty good gym overall however, abc financial the company that does the gyms cancellations are sub par. Ive had to call 3 times now to cancel a membership. A small inconvience like this can not be handled in the store. However the staff is very friendly and professional and educated in thier line of work

Great gym! Lots of real iron free weights, dumbbells up to 140 I believe. Wide selection of machines, including Hammer Strength, Strive, Life fitness, etc. Not your run of the mill fitness club. So if you're not going to the gym to train hard don't go there.

This place is real shady we have tons of gyms in the neighborhood this one truly is the worst I joined in October. They double bill me then when I complain they tell me they use a third party billing and basically give me a number and a job to get my own money back truly ridiculous save yourselves the head ache

Jason, Nick and Benny are super awesome! Every visit has just been amazing! Jason is a great trainer and creates a great workout environment. I was very hesitant about working out again and there team just gave me that extra push and motivation. I'm very pleased that I joined!!! Thanks guys!

Signed up with Ben Slack for personal training with Dee; they really worked with me to find a plan that fits with my budget and schedule.
Had some initial confusion about how personal training worked; but, everything was cleared up by Ben and Jason the next day - can't say enough good things about how they handled it.
I am a relatively new member, but used to come here back when it was Gold's not EOS - things are vastly improved. It used to be that you would show up to at least 25% of the treadmills etc out of order EVERY day. This is no longer the case - everything is maintained consistently - cleanliness is better (especially the locker rooms) and I have not had to deal with a broken machine yet!

Great gym I just came at the request of Burt and tryed it out. Rates are awesome but more importantly it's the right equipment mix and new and old school machines and "24 hours". I am going to join tonight. It's much better then LA Fitness or Planet Fitness

Hands down one of the best EOS I've been too. The old equipment found in this gym is amazing. Much of it can only be found here and I've trained in some of the best gyms across the country. Can't wait to hit it again. The management and front desk staff are also great.
