Results, that's why you go to a gym/workout, the classes are designed to push you just a little more than you will push yourself, and that little bit is a difference maker. I was an active member for six months and noticed improvement in several areas, then an injury caused me to completely eliminate all physical activities for seven months. When I started back recently I continued to mix in workouts at the Hub along with regular visits to a local chain gym......and here is what I saw with my own eyes
People that I had not seen at the Hub in six to seven months were in incredible shape, some more "ripped', others significantly more tone and others had lost several pounds, the same people that I saw again at the local chain gym...........they still looked the same.
This workout at the Hub works, whether you are 22 or 52, great staff, knowledgeable instructors.
