I have been working out at FAST for years. Great professional staff of trainers and great people to work out with in every session. Nice atmosphere with personal friendly service. It's a fun place, but the workouts are always challenging.

I have used FAST in Ahwatukee Foothills for years, both for my athletic daughter, and for myself, with adult group training. I give them the highest rating on both counts. The facility is immaculate and modern, but the trainers are stellar. Every trainer who works there is knowledgeable, challenging, pleasant and respectfull of the clients of every age and ability. It is truly a pleasure, and we are fortunate to have such an asset in our community. I should also mention that their results have exceeded expectation.
