This place is awesome! Just a great energy and everyone is just there to learn how to dance, or dance better. Even if it's your first time you'll have a total blast. We can't decide if we like Tuesday's East Coast Swing class better, or Sunday's. We might just do both!
My husband and I scheduled some private lessons at this studio to prepare for our first dance at our wedding. I had been here a few times before for swing night, but it was my husbands first time taking a dance class. The instructor we got paired with, Yoshi, was wonderful! She really took the time to patiently explain all of the steps and made it super simple to learn! Our first dance was beautiful and my husband and I had a great time learning some new moves. Thanks for everything Yoshi!
Love Fatcat Ballroom! Great people, great music!!! Group lessons with dance parties after and private lessons too. Totally recommend them for anyone looking for some fun! In just under 2 months, I have learned soooo much! Even if you have two left feet like me or no prior dance experience, you can learn to dance! Everyone is so patient and helpful even when I step on toes or lose my balance or go the wrong way... lol! This is my new favorite hobby! Who knew I'd love to dance to much! Great idea for a date night too!

I went to the swing class tonight. I took one-on-one lessons for few months years back, but it was so expensive, I couldn't keep up. Everyone here was so welcoming and the lesson was easy to follow. I'll definitely be back for more!

Fatcat Ballroom is the greatest!
This place is always amazing. The instructor is amazing, the people are great, the music is phenomenal, the style of dancing will sweep your mind off its metaphorical feet, atmosphere is an amazingly high vibe, and you're guaranteed to make a genuine friend or ten.

Disappointing is the best word to describe my experience.As a senior female I never had time for dancing, busy working, raising kids, etc.,...I was so excited to learn East Coast Swing but because I was totally new to this the men were so rude and would not stay dancing with me they literally walked away. They wanted to practice with experienced dancers. I need to mention I asked at the door when I paid, if this lesson was for the very beginner with zero experience and he assured me it was.So if you are a senior female and a beginner, don't go here, who wants to pay to get disappointed.

It's for people of all ages that want to learn how to dance as a couple - whether you are single or in a relationship, if you do not have a partner you can find someone who may not have brought a partner, or they try their best to find someone to partner with you.
