I LOVED my session with Kristy. She is a very good listener. She looks like she does a Pilates workout every day. She is knowledgeable and confident, and asks appropriate questions. She explains movements thoroughly.
I had not taken a Pilates class for a couple of years. I have scoliosis, lower back pain, osteoporosis and occasional sciatica. After my one-hour session with Kristy, my lower back was pretty tender and I thought I may have overdone it. As the afternoon and evening wore on, I started feeling better, and I slept more comfortably than I have in a long time. This morning I got up with the usual stiff lower back but after showering, I started to feel really great. I am much more aware of the stress in my body and pay greater attention to lowering my shoulders out of my ears, holding my tummy in and breathing more deeply and regularly.
