This studio is really good and workout is great and as challenging as you make it... tones me up really fast when i start getting out of shape. Prices are reasonable and given a good amount of time to use your classes. Class times are good for a range of schedules. Good mix of men and women, different shapes/sizes/ages, no need to worry. Instructors are really good. Lindsey's class is the most inspiring/positive/soothing/best in my opinion. Studio is very clean. And also non-bikram affiliated which is nice.
I have been practicing yoga for several years and this is my absolute favorite studio! The workout is amazing and the instructors are so welcoming, knowledgable and kind.
Love this place. It gets perfectly hot. The flow is simple and routine. Good find for sure :-)

I just moved to Phoenix and was looking for a new studio. I have been doing all kinds of yoga on and off for years, including some hot and bikram. I tried a hot class on Wednesday morning at 9:30 and it was great! I feel like I got a great workout but I didn't die (after months of no hot yoga) and I can't wait to go back again. Thanks, Hot Yoga!
Lindsey and Sabrina are great! They really do a wonderful job creating a peaceful and friendly environment. I absolutely recommend Hot Yoga Workout whether you are new to yoga or deep in your practice. This is easily my favorite local yoga studio.
The studio is very clean. The instructor is always there before class to make sure that the temperature is set, music is on and available for check in and questions. The flow of the class is fluid.
