Reyna is the most unprofessional person I have dealt with. I had purchased protein powder from her. She told me that I could return the protein at any time. I had never used it and wanted to return it because I had found a meal plan that was more beneficial for me. I attempted to return the UNOPENED protein powder. She told me that I could not return it because it was passed the deadline to return my items. SHE NEVER TOLD ME THE DEADLINE. I had mentioned that she had never informed me of the deadline and she said that she did not need to disclose that information with customers. HAHAHA OK! Afterwards, she was ridiculously rude. NEVER AGAIN! What a scam.
