Don't bother buying any kind of passes or school donations for auctions from here. I purchased a summer camp for my son for a week camp i had bought for $200 for a week from an auction at his school. The first day my sons back was hurting so bad he only jumped/played about 3 hrs. We thought it was because he wasn't used to the jumping. The second day it hurt again but worse, he slept for half the day. I explained my sons situation regarding a back injury while he was there. Waited to here back from the Dr. Which sadly took longer than expected. A year after i was hoping we could do 2 or 3 days of camp. (But since I didn't purchase it directly from them, but from an auction, which is guess is not real money to them since they never got the actual money, they can do nothing about it!) That's quite a shame. I have a Dr. note and given the circumstance you would think they would do something. I'm glad there are other jumping place to go to in town, since we won't be heading here anymore :(
Have been on our own and for birthday parties. Everytime we had a blast. The waiver was easy to complete and prices are reasonable. Birthday parties were a breeze as they did everything. The child has fun everyone we go.
I had an absolutely great time when I went there. Everyone was so nice! The bungees were awesome and they had trampolines on the walls! It was a ton of fun. I will definitely be going back soon!
My daughter loves her gymnastics class at Flip Dunk! Back for a 2nd session! The staff members are excellent. I find them consistently patient and attentive.

Babysitting these crazy kiddos and they had so much fun! They were all tuckered out after just an hour! And the staff was so kind!

Our third and last visit. First of all you have to come and leave on the hour. If you arrive early prepare to wait. Front desk girls would much rather be elsewhere, they are very bothered when they have to do there job and check people in for wrist bands.
We paid for 4 kids to jump. Our 18 month old would be allowed to be on the trampoline if we bought an ADDITIONAL wrist for the 18 month old. No free rides or price breaks here regardless of age.

You can not ask for a better place to take your family. They are the only Trampoline park that is actually certified safe by a national organization. The place is amazing. The staff is so polite and respectful. PLUS... They have an all-star Cheer program, and a gymnastics program that compete at top level competitions. You MUST go to this place.
It's flippin' fun!! Two hours can go rather quick, because the kids are having soo much fun. Never had an issue with the staff, nothing to complain about.
Fun place for the kids, not so much for the parents though. Staff was sacastic to my kids.
The place is nice and equipment is great. That being said staff is not very... customer service ready. Not all, the teachers/Staff in the classes were soo cute and helpful in the gymnastics glasses with their students. Just the staff in jump/dunk/flip part. They were looking bored along with the lady at the front desk. Looks how I do before morning coffee. I can live with that if my kids are coming to jump for an hour every now and then and leave. But gives an overall "meh" feel.
My kids never get tired of this place. They want to come every day for hours. It's like Disneyland without the crying and exhaustion.
Poor customer service. I mentioned several times we had never been to the establishment in order to try and receive more information and I still did not receive any direction. We didn't know which ages were free and if adults were free with a paid child like similar businesses but again it was still not explained and at this point we had spoken with 2 of the front desk staff. Eventually I ended up with multiple charges on my credit card. Very poor first impression.

The staff is awful mostly the owner or manager who ever sits on the front. Uhh so rude. We always say its our last time and then we give them a try and then they always disappoint. We have had birthdays and reserved it for event and never had an enjoyable event. But today it took us over the edge and i had to post how unhappy we are.
