I love this gym! The coaches are awesome, the workouts are great. The energy and encouragement is very uplifting.
I've been attending Jabz for a year!! I love it! Love the motivation, the community, it's my "me-time" of the day. It helps my day start off fabulous and helps me maintain a good mood - I appreciate Jabz and their trainers
The feeling at Jabz, every time I go, is positive and encouraging. I have never felt so much female support and I like that the instructors give us options. I am 42 with back problems and knee issues, even though I have to modify some of the circuits I still get a great workout and feel good and energized when I leave. Thank you Jabz ladies for helping me get through very difficult time in my life and get in shape too!
The trainers are so encouraging and supportive. Coming here is such a positive and healthy experience, physically and mentally. I love the Central Phoenix team!
I love Jabz! I hate doing the same exercise for any extended time. But I can definitely do something for 45 seconds! Jabz has changed my life.
