Seriously run the other way. Good luck ever canceling your membership. I have been attempting to switch gyms for the last month due to the fact they seriously overcharge, and I've been told my membership has been cancelled twice now wth no luck. Good luck getting in touch with a manager either to resolve your issue. I was told a manager would call me since conveniently they weren't there the second time I went in to issue a refund, and that never happened. I called a second time because there's no way I'm wasting more of my time going in and was told the manager was on the phone and would call me back, that never happened. I was told I would receive an email documenting the fact my membership was cancelled and sure enough they someone managed to "forget" to cancel my membership. I had to call corporate in order to get anything done, where I filed a complaint because the staff at this gym is so grossly incompetent. When you hear all this stuff from former members warning you against signing up for this gym, believe them, I wish I had! Not to mention the fact this location is super sketchy and in a bad area, people are always having their cars broken into in this parking lot. I've been to a lot of gyms over the last eight years and this is by far the worst and the most expensive.
