Yoga for everyone that feels great. I have taken classes from Reed, Brittany, Michael and David and they are all professional, yet gentle in their reproach and instructional style. No pressure, no stress yoga that feels great! Plus it's right in downtown Phoenix in a beautiful, natural light studio with amazing, classic xi vibes. Namaste

I finally stopped by for an 8:30 pm hot yoga session with Dave last night and I have to say it was one of the best yoga classes I've ever attended. He stressed form over all else and was patient, informative and educational.
The studio was very simple but it was exactly what I needed!
