Great place and all but the cancellation can be a pain. Beaware i was charged twice and communicated to the owner. He confimed it was a mistake and said i will get my refund in 7 to 10 days. It has past that time frame and i have gotten nothing. I sent him a text with no respond after 3 days i sent him the text. Beaware!

Having attended Krav Maga schools that were meticulously clean with integral school leadership, Wolf Tribe Krav Maga was a disappointment. As of August, 2018, the refund of the $100 overcharge for dues last October has never been made, which reflects the character of the owner. There are some excellent Krav Maga schools in Phoenix. This is not one of them.

Soon after signing up in August 2017, it was clear that the leadership was not of the quality expected. I promptly gave 45 days notice (only 30 are required) that September 2017 would be my last month. After discovering I also charged for October 2017, I spoke in person with the school owner, showing all of the documentation. A hard copy was demanded, which I made and personally delivered a few days later. Despite providing a hard copy of the contract, the notice to terminate dated 16 days after the contract was signed, and copies of the card statements showing the overcharge, no refund as of June 2018 has been made.

My son has been attending Wolf Tribe Krav Maga for seven months. He has learned that he is capable of handling himself, and beating his opponents in any number of dangerous, and even deadly situations. He has gained strength, flexibility, and dignity. He now takes pride in his accomplishments.
