Cindy is absolutly phenominal, I feel myself getting a stronger core physically and mentally as the weeks pass. The addition if kids karate is great for my boys, they absolutly love it.
I absolutely adore this studio. Cindy, the owner, runs a lot of the classes and does a great job of working with you and finding modifications for poses. There is a great variety of classes and it feels very inviting always. Highly recommend!
The best yoga studio! Everyone is so kind, humble, and helpful. It is truly the best place for people of all levels. While the focus of the studio is primarily Ashtanga, other yoga classes are offered. The studio is also very family friendly and even has some classes for kids, led by kids. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for support in yoga and in getting healthy!
So grateful to have discovered this studio, right in my neighborhood. Everyone is so welcoming and patient, regardless of experience. Classes are intimate, the mood upbeat, and -- I kid you not -- fun! They are the highlight of my week. :)
I got so much out of it and was cured of a lot of pains after the yoga.

I practice yoga daily in some form or another, but have very little experience with Ashtanga. I wandered in one morning for Mysore after Googling Ashtanga practices near me, not knowing what to expect. My experience was and has been amazing. I have received hands on, one-on-one adjustments and feedback that have helped my physical practice grow in only a matter of days vs what would surely be a matter of months in a Vinyasa based physical practice. The teachers there are knowledgeable, patient and take a great amount of pride in what they do. I highly recommend for anyone - advanced Ashtangis, or even those new to yoga in general!

I love this community.
It's great to see all levels and ages coming together between 5-9AM practicing individually with amazing instruction and hands on assistance for poses, breath and Bandhas.
It's also nice to have a kids program in the next room from 7:30-9 Monday through Friday so parents can practice.
Then on Sunday's the group comes together to practice all the poses at the same time, the kids are in the next room and there are beverages and hangout time after class.
They also have book clubs, workshops, guest teachers and classes M-F, during the lunch hour.
I'm so grateful to have such a supportive yoga group for myself and my family.
