Amazing place! Family owned and ran, no contracts! You pay monthly and if your not wanting to continue you can feel free and have no worries about a contract tying you down and stop going. It is hard finding establishments like these nowadays. Also a NON PROFIT that is a plus for me. Also the owner works very closely with PHX PD and supports first responders and veterans! Keep up the great work cleaning up the neighborhood!!!
Great gym! I went for a year and got into the best shape of my life. They teach you exactly what you need to know but you have to push yourself. They are your coach not a babysitter. It's like a community and everyone is always welcome.
