I'm going to give it 3 for it cross-use functionality.
I had just pulled into the parking lot to finish up a brief I was working on, because it was shady and off the grind of rush hour.
It was adjacent to an industrial/office complex and didn't seem as though security staff were necessary; however, things may be different absent the light of day.
Good place to break away from rush hour.

Has a dog park, very very big park multiple sorts u can play, cops are here all the damn time tho

As far as soccer fields go in the Phoenix area these are not good. Grass was obviously not cared for. There was sand put down over some areas. Do not recommend holding any type of soccer tournament, game or tryout here until addressed.

Great place to excersize no public bathrooms available, needs more security and attention.
