I have had my membership about 2 months (maybe 3) and have only gone to work out once. I went in last night a few minutes shy of 9 P.M to cancel my membership because I don't have the time, when I initially walked in the two men at the customer service desk seemed eager to help me. I believe it was Austin who approached me, but as soon as I told him I was there to cancel he didn't even say anything he walked away and I could hear him asking the other guy to do it and they were arguing over who should do it and the other employee all of a sudden had something to do and didn't want to cancel my membership when he was just standing there, and continued to stand there when Austin came back to finally get it done. How rude and unprofessional is that? They assumed I was signing up and assumed they were getting a commission off me, but once they found out I was cancelling neither of them seemed interested in assisting me. Whichever two employees were working yesterday 5/18/17 shift at 9 P.M were very unprofessional, Youfit should seriously reconsider who they have representing there company. Besides them, the gym is okay. Never too many people, pretty clean but on the downside not many machines.
