Fun friendly place to sweat and drop a few lbs!
Fun friendly place to sweat and drop a few lbs!
This studio offers the best workout I've had in a long time! The instructor is amazing and has so much energy! Her zumba classes are awesome! Get there early because this place fills up fast!
This studio is run by a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic couple that make each workout challenging yet enjoyable. There is a lot of comradery and support by the people participating in the workouts themselves for each other also. I look forward to each time I go, whether I am ready for the workout or not.
I have been attending D S fitness Studio for over 2 years. They offer a wide variety of options for everyone and every class is fun and exciting. After a little blip, I am back on track to my goal weight. 13 pounds and 11.5 inches in two months. And I don't even think of this as exercise. Bargain deal, that's for sure.
Zumba classes, krav maga are amazing classes that can be taken for $5 dlls the class.
