Love this gym but the kids club is extremely lacking! If they would improve the kids area this would be a 5 star place!! Not ever crazy busy like other gyms in the area which is why i can here. Please make the kids place more fun so my kids enjoy coming to this gym as much as i do!!

Eddie was Alot of help when helping me get started with a membership. I was very doubtful in weather to do it or not but he was great on explaining everything esporta fitness had to offer. He was very knowledgeable & motivating.

After being shunned by Phoenix Fitness. I traveled down the road to LA Fitness. I pleaded with them. The maidens at the front desk felt my pain and allowed me to train at their establishment for free. Traveling is never easy, but it is made a lot easier when places like LA Fitness understand your predicament. So I thank you LA Fitness.

The staff is the best here. Andy (trainer) is honestly one of the best guys I've ever met and knows his stuff. The only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is because no sauna and the occasional equipment awaiting repairs.

Came here excited to try out this gym, with a 5 day pass. WAS considering transferring from Planet Fitness. Alex was extremely rude with me and pushy, I understand the sales aspect, I've worked in sales for years, he was just plain disrespectful, they obviously only care about money and not the customer experience. There is absolutely no reason for a representative of any company to talk to a potential customer that way. The way LA Fitness allows their employees to talk to people is disgusting. I left my unactivated 5 day pass on his desk. There's not a chance I will ever be a member of LA Fitness

P.S. You guys may want to have a talk with your rep about building rapport and building value, he might get more sign ups that way instead of just throwing insults in someone's face thinking he can strong arm that person into dropping money without even seeing the gym or knowing what services are offered.

**Update 9/25/18**
Was contacted by Karen with Member Services about my complaint, just over a week ago, they told me they have contacted their VP about this matter for investigation. I allowed a week to pass, I reached back out to them since I had yet to receive an update, I asked if they have finished their investigation and I haven't heard back from LA Fitness at all.

I'm in town from sydney Australia, LA fitness was recommended to me by my sister who has been coming here for years now. Mario has been very helpful, best customer service I've received at a gym or any gym in AZ so far. Very pleased with LA fitness.

I love the staff there, very convenient location from where I live. OSR Physical therapy is in LA Fitness. I had Physical therapy done there for a total replacements surgery right shoulder and accomplished a lot.

I been going to this location since January. The entire staff has been excellent with superb customer service. I personally drive to this location when I could go to closer locations which I used to go too. Personally I go at different times of days and never had an issue at all . The entire staff is amazing and helpful..

I've been a member since 2000 .I brought a friend to participate in a free trial so we could play basketball and see if he likes it. ItsI an hour and a half before it closes. Irvin felt the need to not accept the pass and yet to charge my guest 15$ or he can buy a membership. Awful sales tactics. Looks like I will be cancelling my membership.

This place sucks, I walked in trying to get a membership and after they asked if i have any questions I asked if they had a sauna and the man rudely was trying to convince me that saunas are stupid and that if i used a sauna then im stupid. He acted like a pretty boy -.- . He then proceed to tell me that if i didnt bring my debit card with me then he was basically wasting his time with me .... alright then guess i wont go back home get my debit card and get a membership which i coudlve done but changed my mind.

I asked for a water fountain and they tried to sell me flavored water bottles, telling me that it was better for post-workout. And once they know they can't make money from you, they are not interested in helping you at all. I heard their pitch and politely refused to purchase membership. I then asked for a basketball to use their courts, and they just walked away. Obviously I'm never going back.

Love this gym! V is awesome and extremely helpful. The other staff and the kids club staff are all great too. Wouldn't go anywhere else

This place is alright for physical therapy, though the original therapist kept passing passing me off to others.

Do NOT sign up here. I signed a 12 month personal training contract, called them at the end of it to cancel it and they won't. Months later they still won't and I'm still paying for something that I don't want nor use! I am currently dealing with corporate about it and my lawyer. You can NOT trust Vetalle F. or Miguel C. or Bianca D. I talked to all of them and they would not cancel my contract. Be aware, that after the 12 months it becomes a month to month. None of them mention that in the beginning, or at the end when I tried to cancel it. They kept trying to say that my contract was not up yet. I will fight till the end, I hope that all three of them lose their job when this is over.

Read a reviews here and thought I'd share my experience. I visited this facility, due the one on 91st & Northern closing earlier. Upon visiting I was greeted appropriately by the front desk staff. The facilities within the gym was clean (restroom, locker room area). The atmosphere was pretty upbeat, with the floor area, weights, etc. being well organized. I was a little surprised by there being no sauna, etc; however overall I had a great experience. So I felt it was appropriate to give 4 out of 5 for a review.

I received a 7 day trial membership a couple of weeks ago. When I was given it I was told to come in anytime to activate the pass. I went on a Thursday evening and was told that I needed to make an appointment and that the trial memberships are for people that are signing up for a membership. Then I was told to come in tomorrow after 1000. So o showed at 1600 or 1630. I was told that I would need to take to the person that me the pass because I was in the system under their name and only that person could activate it. They said he was availing from 1200 to 1600 the next day. So I went Saturday to the gym but just missed the person I needed to talk to because I missed the bus that I needed to take. I was told that he would be there 1000 until 1700 on Sunday. So I showed up at about 1300 and was told he had left for the day already. Try them told me on Monday that I would need to speak with the GM, Oscar. So I arrive about 1500 and was told to have a seat Oscar would be out shortly. After waiting over an hour he finally comes out and ask me to come with him. He didn't offer a an explanation for the long wait nor did he apologize. He brings me to the area just behind the front desk where the membership sales people work. He ask me if I planned on pursuing for a membership. I started that I was interested in a membership, but wanted hear what plans there are, the cost and try out the trial membership. He activated the membership told me I was allowed one visit of up to two hours each day for seven days starting today. I was not given a tour not told of any plans. I than walked around the gym to see what was there. After that I went to the locker room and took a quick shower before heading out to the pool area. I walked around the pool area to see what was there. I then put my town and sandals in a shelf near the two bathrooms in the pool area and got in the pool. I stayed for about 10 minutes. I rinsed off in the shower that was on the pool area and went to the locker room to change. I left, checking out at the front desk. I come back the next evening and before I could check in the GM stops me and ask to speak with me outside. He tells me that another member complained that I was in one of the poolside bathrooms for over an hour and that the janitor found tin foil shoved behind the toilet. That they have to do an investigation and it would take a couple of days. From day one the employees and GM formed an their opinions of me based on the the fact that I'm homeless. They have been looking for save excuse not to let me use their gym. Now I Willi looking else where for a gym.

The OM Miguel is the worst and hes very rude to his employees and is on a power trip. He treats the front desk girls dirt and hes just like the typical mansplaining jerk. They don't care about anything but making the club money and they don't are about the members or the employees.

One of the worst experiences of my life. Absolutely will never, ever step foot in an LA fitness due to this location. An embarrassment to the company, and I have maybe posted 5 reviews ever... but this has to be said. Do NOT go here, it is awful. The people are awful. The service is awful.

It's the same as any LA Fitness except newer and a little nicer. Like always, front desk people are ok, membership sign up guys are pushy, and there aren't enough squat racks. If you're looking for a place with barbells, this place has em. If you're looking for nice sales people...try signing up online.
