Really nice planet fitness with good staff. My favorite exercise is the spin bikes, LesMills did a good job. Only 4 stars though because the spin bikes aren't completely operational for the preprogrammed workouts. 2 of the 3 bikes are missing the required part and pause the workout every 3 minutes.
Overall good gym, well worth the membership.

I wish this was my home club. I travel all over the West and this was the nicest Planet Fitness. The locker room are the best! Hopefully I will be back. All PF should be like this.

I have been gone from the gym for a while and I made a call to the store the night I got out. They were extremely helpful in helping me get things back in order. I have been in the hospital battling illness and the staff was so helpful in getting me the help I need to get current and help me slowly ease back into the gym. After suffering the loss of my love and then being hospitalized, I am looking forward to going back to the gym we once enjoyed together. Thank you for all the young men and women that helped make this transition and transaction to simple for me.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well kept. Lots of variety. Enjoy the 30 minute zone for a quick workout. The environment is very comfortable.

I love this place! I'm in the Black Card Club. I am able to bring someone with me. My most favorite things in the gym are STABILITY BALL the HYDRO MASSAGE. The staff is so friendly and they make me feel welcome and they are very approachable, I can ask questions and not feel silly for asking. Highly Recommend to people I know.

The staff at this particular location has WOWED me 7 days a week! I can't say enough about each and every one of them, so I've grouped it together here! The level of service and cleanliness at this location supercedes any of the locations I've been to. Thank you Planet Fitness South Peoria XOXOXO

Great place to work out. Some of the rules not enforced well. Clean your machines because many people do not. Also, many trainers use this facility for profit and they are the ones that don't usually follow rules like no jeans, not cleaning equipment and no cell use.

All about the money. Ok so its a good gym but if there's any issue's with money or memberships you get screwed everytime. So i went in to cancel my membership but froze it instead, the guy at the counter assured me no money would come out my account, two days later i get charged for next months dues which were not due for another two days, the guy at the counter told me if that happens to call and they would take care of that so i did, i talked to a manager that said her hands were tied and it was on me, needless to say i cancelled my account , just be careful cause its all about the money. I will be letting all my friends with memberships know, they'll cancel too.

I dont like it, as me and my dad signed up on the basis that we could go together to workout, and hat is what the guy who pricessed our membership said we could do. However, a week into our workouts together they told us that we needed to upgrade to some other membership in order to take a guest. All I am saying is that maybe they should be more clear on their stupid memberships.

Very cool place. Wonderful staff and everyone always keeps everything clean. Nice locker rooms, showers, black card benefits and the stretch room is nice as well!

Great place to go exercise. I have been to several exercise gyms this is the best. The staff they are great too when you ask them a question they know what to do. Very quiet place.

Poor quality gym, with high prices.. They offer multiple steps of pricing with an expensive over all bill. as if it were a trend

Friendly staff. Clean facility and machines. Open 24/7 so the place is never crowded, which is awesome. Plus the water massage bed is relaxing af.

SCAM ALERT - They're cheap to join, cheap monthly fees, but ridiculously expensive to cancel. They get you in the end. If you don't pay the huge membership cancel fee then the keep charging you. On the positive, this location is very clean with nice staff and a good variety of machines.

All the equipment is actually new as opposed to hand me downs. The staff is helpful and friendly. The club is kept clean as well. They have the hydro therapy, deep tissue message chairs, and tanning beds. I also appreciate the veterans parking space. Not that parking close at the gym is needed, but the gesture is greatly appreciated.

Great staff and clean! People of all fitness levels and it is a good environment to bring the family. I do wish that people not doing the 30 minute workout would stay out of that area. Plenty of signs posted.

This is the nicest planet fitness I've been to. The layout great. The equipment is new. And the staff is very friendly. I drive out of my way to go to this one when there's one close to my house.

We really like going here. And being a black card member , can finish your work out with a hydro mesaage chair or bed. Plus deep tissue message chairs. Nice treat after the workout.

This is a great place to work out. I love that it's open 24/7 and everything is new. I've been a member since it opened, and I have seen the membership grow significantly since I started. This isn't a big deal for certain machines like treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes, but it can be a bit crowded for free weights and some specialty machines. Still, if you're willing to give it a few minutes, it'll usually open up, so there's not much of a problem. I usually go at night, so I mainly see V and Jasmine, and they're always very welcoming with a smile, and they seem to keep everyone happy. I haven't had any issues with other customers and everyone seems to be very respectful and clean. I don't use the locker room much, but it's really nice, and I'm a $10 member, so I don't have access to the massage chairs or some of the other perks they offer. Still, at $10 it can't be beat. The only downside that I can think of is that they don't have a scale anywhere in the building. I think it's part of their "no gymtimidation" philosophy, but I'd still like to have the choice of whether or not I can weigh myself. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints, and would recommend it to anyone.

I'm from Cincinnati and I come out to the Phoenix area for work every couple of months. I have visited a few Planet Fitness locations and all have been pretty good, but this Peoria location is by far my favorite location. It's new, very clean, very spacious, has great lighting, it's not overly busy, the showers are more private (you can actually take your clothes in the shower with you so you don't have to walk around the locker room naked) and the staff is amazing. Absolutely no complaints on this location.

They say judgment free zone but they have no such thing. My family were laughed at, pointed at and called fat pigs.They allow those people to still work out and do nothing about it. When you try to stick up for your self they cancel your membership without any notification. Employees are rude they do not let you talk to the manager and lie about their name. After they cancel your membership without any notification they still want to keep your annual fee when you only went there two months of this year. Please do not go to this gym you will be fat shamed for trying to be healthy and they will steal your money. They lost three devoted customers and I hope more after people read this review.
