Shane is the Capt/Owner of this business. He's Da Man! If you're truly looking for the best workout of your life, you have to go see him. His prices are reasonable and the amount of support he gives each person is huge. Shane is both encouraging and motivational. When you don't feel like working out, he pushes you. When you feel intimidated, he gives you the support you need. Whether your goals are to get in professional shape or just shed a few pounds, Shane can help you get there. I've been an active member for about 2 years now. I love what the workouts have done for me. I think you'll be extremely pleased with your results too.

I lost 21 pounds in six weeks!!! I couldn't be more thrilled! Shane is incredibly knowledgeable about proper nutrition and fitness. He ensured I made life changes in a healthy way - not through dieting. Shane is always available to answer questions and to provide encouragement. It's not torture to go to a workout every day because he changes things up so much you don't have time to hate any one exercise before you've moved on to the next. He keeps it interesting and fun! He pushed me (which I needed), but also adapted things as necessary because I was in horrible shape. I still have a long way to go, but I'm confident with Shane and the rest of the great staff at Task Fitness that I can reach my goals.

Growing up I have competed in numerous team and individual sports. I am love being active but have noticed that as I get older it takes me longer to recover and my workouts plateau much faster then when I was younger. I have been part of 5 gyms over the past ten years (I have moved often for work relocations) and am always impressed with the support from personal trainers in the first week. However, after the trial period ends, I am presented with huge costs to continue the personalized training or diet support from the gym.

My experience with Task fitness has been completely different. The membership options were only presented after the owner, Shane Arcadia, spent about 20-30 minutes getting to know me and learning my short and long term fitness and health goals. The membership fees were nearly half of any local competitor gyms. He follows up regularly and suggests phone apps (which are free) to help me reach my goals. It is so refreshing when you get to work directly with the gym owner and don't have to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars to get individualized attention.

I highly recommend checking out Task Fitness and how they can help you reach your fitness goals. Why wait for tomorrow when you can "start your commitment today!"
