I love this place! Joined two years ago and enjoy every workout (WOD). The coaches are amazing, funny and motivate you to do your best. In the beginning, I never thought I can do any of the moves. Now, I challenge myself to add another rep or add more weight to the bar. Thanks "T", J-Me, Erik, Pink, Dan and Cameron for encouraging me!

First time I can say," I love my gym!" The coaches, staff and other members make it a fun, motivating and result ful experience. Free child care is a major plus too!
It feels like you're part of the group on day one. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. I've checked out other Crossfit gyms and did feel the same close nit atmosphere.
