I was truly amazed at the help I was able to get at this facility. Not only am I able to get a great workout, but they are able to help me master techniques to become a better athlete. Its like having my own coach (or drill sergeant....depending on the workout that day!) :)
I know with their help, I will succeed!
I recently started the bootcamp at the hit center. My first big surprise was the fact that it was all indoors. Second the instructor was nice as well as educated. Nobody was yelling or making me do anything that I did not feel comfortable doing. And third, fellow bootcampers were all nice and helpful and made me feel included which is huge as I am very self conscious of how how look. I am definitely sticking with it. Thanks Hit center
