Total thieves. We canceled our son's membership at the end of July, as he was leaving for college. We were told that we still had to pay for August, even though his last month's membership fee was covered when he joined--so it was prepaid. Fine, whatever, it's a hassle but who wants to fight over a one month membership fee? My husband confirmed that this meant the account was paid through the end of September, at which point it would be closed. Well, now they've continued to draft our account for August, September, and now October. EVERY MONTH my husband talks to Joyce and explains AGAIN that we have canceled the membership. Doesn't matter. I have a feeling we are going to be talking to her AGAIN next month.
