It smells terrible in the yoga room. I walked in and it was like a punch in the face, I nearly walked out.
Furthermore, I have been teaching yoga for several years and was excited to try out a new yoga studio but was sorely mistaken. Modifications are the key to yoga, your practice is yours. I have a preexisting neck injury and to be pressured into looking up during cobra was incredibly disheartening. Modifications exist for a reason and I would rather do half the posture than run the risk of injury. Instructors are not mind readers and do not know your body's history, there is no reason to pretend otherwise. I thought the whole "my way or the high way" style of instructing died with the release of the Bikram documentary. I regret spending a dime here, take your business elsewhere. I will never be returning.

An amazing studio. The tribe-like feel is contagious. Always feel welcomed. Love the variety in classes. From hot yoga and Pilates to cyclone cycling. They have everything i need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking out.

Perfect workout for mind, body and soul! The hot yoga and pilates classes are my favorites. The owner and staff are all excellent! If you want a challenge and a life change, this is the place!!!

I got a Groupon for two weeks of unlimited classes and was not disappointed! As a first-timer to hot yoga, I loved the classes and how I felt afterward! The instructors are very aware of every student and help out individuals who need correcting without making them feel embarrassed or awkward. Great atmosphere.

I love this studio. I've been practicing yoga for years, and teach it myself, but I feel a special benefit from the hot Bikram practice. The teachers here are great. Highly recommended!

I came to this studio when they first opened although I loved it, life took me else where. Today I came back and fell in love all over again. A true workout from the inside out. Give it a try!
