The front desk employee offered me a mat and towels and told me what to expect in the class. Everyone was welcoming and friendly! The teacher had music playing during class, which was a pleasant surprise. I will come back!
I attended Vinyasa Flow class on Sunday at noon. The studio is very nice, the instructor very knowledgeable. However, the room was wall to wall people with very little space to stretch. There wasn't even room for the instructor (she just walked around rather than demonstrating). I was not impressed with this. I think there should be a limit on the number allowed into class.
I'll try a class at a "less busy" time and hope that it's less crowded with an instructor to follow.
Last comment, the class was quite advanced.

This is the BEST yoga studio I've been to! The teachers are so talented and skilled, and I always learn something new during each class. The environment is also very welcoming and free of judgement, as it is emphasized by the teachers that everyone is there to learn and grow in their personal practice. I highly recommend the yoga spot to anyone who is looking to have a fulfilling yet challenging experience. It is so worth it!
First time at this studio & had a great experience. Very clean & cute space. The instructor Paige was great & made me feel welcome. The class itself reminded me of Y7 in NYC (but less culty) it is very heated (so warm my eyelids were sweating), cool music & challenging flows but nothing so complicated you wanted to run out halfway through. Will def be going back!
First time doing hot yoga. Fantastic class, great setting, great facilities amazing staff. Would highly recommend. They even have a 2 week trial with unlimited classes for just $20.

I love that the classes are similar, but never exactly the same. It's also very nice that every instructor emphasizes a 'no pressure' environment. Everyone is free to practice at their own level.
My FAVORITE hot yoga place ever! Staff is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and know you by first name! Love them! One of the best things I have done in my life to center and balance myself!
The instructors in the vinyasa flow classes are creative with routines and always perfectly challenging. Never the same thing! Love going, It is my favorite time of day.

Hot yoga definitely wasn't my thing after a couple sessions. I will say it did get some results, the staff was very welcoming and it's very clean. If you can handle the heat it's a great workout.

I bought a Groupon for Sumits Yoga Gilbert and have been so happy with the studio, instructors and classes. There are many class times throughout the day which is wonderful. The studio is very clean and is equipped with showers in the restrooms.

I've been practicing at Sumits Yoga for about a year - the classes are AMAZING, the teachers are AWESOME and the experience is one of Power, Peace, and Presence! I highly recommend Sumits Yoga. On a scale of 1-10 - it's an 11!
