I've been lukewarm with gyms in the past, but this one I love. Varied equipment. Great staff. A solid respectful and friendly customer base. Clean facilities. Is it this the cheapest gym, no, but it doesn't break the bank and delivers on the value.

Fran was super friendly and helpful when signing up! Travis the owner is an AWESOME guy. I highly recommend him for training sessions!

Amazing! Switched from a decent LA Fitness, but this place is at least 8 times better! Amazingly clean, very friendly owner/ manager, has fair amount of people at certain times but never an issue to get on a machine or get into shower, good energy and atmosphere and very reasonable price!
Edit, they now have a punching bag right in the middle of the gym, very loud and aggressive in the middle there, downgrading to 4 stars for now

This family owned gym exceeds all expectations. They are very personable, care about the cleanliness & order of equipment along with the security of members with 24/7 surveillance cameras. The gym is never too crowded to make fat cry. I can't wait until they move into a bigger place down the road. I would HIGHLY recommend becoming a member...and just GET STARTED on a consistent fitness program that works.

I can't talk this place up enough. Being a small business owner myself I understand what good customer service is. If you want a gym that has everything you need from smith machine, to squat rack, to bench, to cables. This is the place for you. If you are just getting back into working out or you few intimidated working out at a big gym. Come to this place it's for you too. They treat you like family from the moment you step in the door. Place is clean and ran very efficiently. I usually don't post reviews but after a year here I can't help but brag about their service and quality of gym.

Always super clean, and the machines are always maintained. Rarely busy, so you can almost always get on the machine you want. The owner and his sister are very nice, and they put out bananas as an after workout treat.

It was an OK gym. I was actually really liking it. Then I got accused of doing drugs in their bathroom. Because I was taking a long time to take a shower. I never spent more than 30 minutes in the bathroom at any time. I would take a shower every three days. And I worked out every single day. I am a traveler, so I would go from gym to gym; state-to-state.
They had no proof, yet they kicked me out of their gym, and the other one as well that they manage. They pulled up my key fob information and found out that I had originally joined in Colorado. Then they told me since I'm from Colorado I obviously am doing drugs.
I am a very respectful person. I never left a mess. I never stayed longer than I should. I never did drugs in or around the premises. I'm clean and sober for 6 almost 7 months now. But she didn't want to even hear it. She just decided she didn't like me and that was that.

I enjoy working out at anytime. It's always clean, the staff is nice and you can workout whenever you want. Highly recommend
