I work standing on concrete or asphalt for seven hours at a time. My legs and feet were killing me so I decided to try massage. Best thing I could have done. Kayla listened to my concerns and used several different methods, including stretching, to help me return to normal. Kayla has extended my ability to perform at work by taking away a lot of the pain I was experiencing. Can I recommend Kayla? I already have to several of my friends and they agree she is outstanding!
