Hands down the best coaching you can find in the entire state of Arizona for Olympic style weightlifting.
By far the most impressive facility I have seen. I dropped in for a day last weekend and cannot wait to return. Fantastic equipment, location, friendly atmosphere and of course the coaching is phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about this gym!

I first met Istvan at the USAW cert that was being held at Olympia Weightlifting and after the two day cert I knew I needed to come here to become a better lifter. He is very technical and his methodology makes you want to be the best. Even when classes are full you still get 100% of his attention even when you dont think he is looking you will hear "I see you!".
