Been here 5 years and loving this gym every minute. I've found friendships in this place too aside from training an authentic muay thai martial arts.
This is absolutely the best MUAY THAI gym in the valley! Hands down the closest I've found to authentic Thai-style training! The focus on technique and understanding how and when to use the techniques are explained very well. The curriculum is awesome for the kids as well as the adults. The instructors are the most genuine and knowledgable people there is. All of them have real fight experience so they can speak from real life scenarios and situations. I would stop by and give it a shot. PS thank me later :)
Been training at Sitan Gym for over 14 years, owner and main coach Thiago Azeredo is super friendly and quickly becomes a trusted friend, only gym in Arizona with a champion pro-thai fighter coach in Travis Clay. I started a year ago at 36 and I have never been to a more welcoming place. At first I just wanted an engaging workout. Now, I'm finding myself sparring in the intermediate class. No one ever made me feel embarrassed or pressured when I was learning to throw a proper punch or kick no matter how many times I got it wrong. Even the most advanced fighters work with you at your level to make sure you're comfortable and getting it right. I love Sitan

Great place for Muay Thai or for even a cardio workout , very knowledgeable coaches and great atmosphere there is every level for training from beginners to advance open am or pm even Saturday before 3pm I train my self here also my 2 kids and they love it , I absolutely recommend this location and also there is also next door a place of healthy food once you done training and food is also great !!

I recommend this place highly to anybody who is serious for fitness and who likes the camaraderie of friendly, great coaches who are capable to know the people individually at the gym. This gym is incomparable and I am glad I found it.

No better Muay Thai Gym in AZ. I've been a member for 8 years and this place is my second family.
I first walked in to Sitan about 2 and a half years ago and I immediately fell in love with the place. I had been in martial arts since I was a kid moving around from place to place but I was looking for a place that would help me get to the next level in my training and I found it at Sitan and I've been there ever since. The great thing about Sitan is that it's truly like a family there the people and instructors are just amazing they will really help you achieve whatever goal it is that you have set whether you're coming in to get in better shape or if you're looking to fight and compete, this is the place to do it.

Love this gym! The environment is so welcoming. Whether you want to get in shape or compete, this is the best Muay Thai gym to train at in AZ. The coaches at Sitan Gym are very experienced, high level, and will push and help everyone at all levels. They give everyone equal attention. Even the people that train there will help you. I like that I can train at the same time my kids are training! Best place to get your whole family involved and in shape! This place has been open here in AZ for over 10 years. You got to check it out!
This place is awesome. The trainers are skilled and very detail oriented. They will push you to the limit every time you go. This place is not for the feint of heart, so be prepared and excited to learn and work, and you will have a great time. If you want to disappear into a crowd of people learning kickboxing while punching the air and standing in place, go do Tae Bo.
Their schedule is great, with classes all day everyday. I work a typical 9-5 and could make it to class every day if I wanted. They've got gear for beginners to use and will sell you your own set of gear at a reasonable price if you would like it.
The trainers are great, and the general atmosphere in the gym is always positive. Other students will offer help while you are learning, so listen and learn. If you're coming in with some skill this is still a great place for you to learn and grow.
I've had a great time here and would recommend this sport, and particularly this gym to anyone interested in learning.
