I absolutely love this place!! Instructors are well-educated and committed to giving the best experience possible. I've been to at least half a dozen Pilates studios in town and nothing comes even close. Studio is clean and meticulously maintained; equipment is all in perfect working order. Modifications are always provided that ensure a complete work out within my capabilities. I have never ever felt intimidated or inferior because of what I can or cannot do on any given day. Instead I feel like the instructor, Alex, takes it as a personal challenge to find ways to effectively help me increase my strength and flexibility so that I will not have limitations in the future. Work-outs are constantly changing, and the focus is always on what the individuals in class need. Highly, highly recommend!
