What a great experience. Very nice yoga studio. Classes for all levels of yoga with excellent instructors to guide you. I am from another state and was here for 6 weeks and found Eight Lotus Yoga Studio. Im so glad I did because in just that short amount of time I relieved pain that I have struggled with for many years. I felt myself getting stronger every week. I made new friends. What a great experience.
I did my first yoga class here and I had a great experience. They provide mats if you don't have one. I sweat my butt off but felt rejuvenated after. I will return.
My home away from home. As you step into this studio, you immediately feel welcome regardless of ability or experience...everyBODY can benefit from yoga. Mind, body and spirit. Lots of class options, times and a plethora of amazingly knowledgeable instructors. Highly recommended!
I started doing yoga at Eight Lotus 3 1/2 years ago. As a "senior" my goal was to become more flexible with stronger core strength.
The staff is incredibly supportive of all types of yoga enthusiasts at all levels of skill. There offer a wide range of classes that appeal to different yoga practices. And they often have guest instructors that offer an even greater range of classes.
I am very happy with my Eight Lotus family!
