Completely understand the struggles with Covid and how hard it must be. What I don't understand is when capacity is 80 during Covid and you make people wait outside in 110 degree heat. Meanwhile I counted each individual inside which was only 52! People outside were elderly! I did a quick workout just to help get the elderly inside quickly. Shame on you guys.

It's been a year and I'd like to give a shout out to the front desk at PF. I never enjoyed going to the gym and they make it a positive experience. I walk in the door and they shout out my name and check me in. Lot's of positive reinforcenent. Love them

PF in Havasu is awesome. The staff are so helpful and kind. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable.

This is a wonderful gym. I can complete any workout here. The membership is about $10-20 a month. They have Free weights, machines, cable machines, smith machines, dumbells and everything else you need. There are several rooms dedicated to specific workouts. The 360 room is my favorite as it allows for strength and conditioning workouts. The gym is kept nice and clean and is probably the cleanest gym I've seen. Gotta love the staff. They are friendly and know me by name. They have special perks for black card members too.

I upgraded to a black card at twice the price after a couple of years. It's worth it. I have two complaints: unlike the ones in Phoenix, they don't have an ab wheel (A low cost little wheel with two handles) and the building is super cold in the early am.

I never in a million years would have thought I would recommend planet fitness to ANYONE but it turns out that all of their clubs are nice, clean, affordable, and have all necessary equipment and then some like massage chairs.
Sean was exceptional the other night, my keys dropped into a hole in the locker rooms lockers and he took the lockers apart for me to get them ( the owner should fix this problem). I'm so bad with names but the guy who works there with the glasses does an amazing job and really stands out. These people make your club shine. The rest of the staff is fine, not bad but not incredible.

When we joined in Jan 2018 we were told to FREEZE our membership when we left to go back to Canada so that we could resume the membership the same time next year. We went in today to cancel and was informed that you can only freeze your acct for 6 mths and only for good reason. After that surprise we spoke with the manager about joining the club in Canada before returning to the states next year. Once he learned that we were not going to keep the Planet Fitness membership in Canada full time, he threw the cancel papers on the desk and walked away, leaving a new staff member and myself shocked. Customer service is what brings and keeps memberships going. Other than this one incident, the club is quite nice.

The Wi-Fi kind of sucks, they don't have jump ropes, the workout machines are right in front of all the runners so even though they are staring at the tv's it kind of feels like they are staring at you, they dont do individualized training plans, and the staff aren't exactly very friendly/welcoming like some other gyms I've been to. Otherwise it's clean, pretty busy but never have to wait for a piece of equipment/machine, and I really do feel like it's a, generally speaking, judgement free workout zone.

Love, love this gym. Awesome trainer on staff. All the equipment you could ever want, tanning, hot water massage beds, it's all here.

They have all the equipment that you will ever need and you will never need to compete for use of any equipment. The whole building is extremely clean, the staff their does a fantastic job of keeping things in order. The locker room / showers are always very clean and I never feel grossed out using them. The environment there is very positive and motivating, by staff and the people who are working out. I highly recommend over any other place in town.

This is by far the worst.
Unfriendly staff. Constantly hassled here, female worker in particular. (I see other bad reviews on her rudeness, unsure why she still works here?)
Stingy with time on the Black Card equipment.
Poor water temps.
Men doing daytime repairs in women's locker rooms.

I go 3days a week and I enjoy everybody. Have met new people and people I have known for sometime. Justin at the front desk is always pleasant and remembers your name when you come and tells you to have a great day as you leave.

Reasonable prices, very friendly service. Large enough that there always seems to be machines open. Variety of workout equipment available. Extremely clean facilities. Recently the water fountain seems a little slow. Otherwise the only thing I wish it had is a pool and zumba, but those can easily be found elsewhere.

Showers could be kept cleaner. The a/c in the women's locker room was down for far too long. The Wi-Fi doesn't work so well, buffers a lot, when the gym is about half full. Everything else is great. Beats the heat outside!

I like it here. It's nice and clean. Most of the time it's quiet and I can focus on a productive workout. For $20 a month it's allows me to do 90% of all my works. I would recommend this gym.

Great clean gym. Opened in 2016. Has tons of cardio equipment and many other machines and weights. I would give it 5 stars if it was open 24/7 instead of closing at night on the weekends.
