I had a 1.5 hour first time massage with Kayla. She did an excellent job and paid particular attention to my shoulders as I requested. She answered my questions and Iwas pleased with quality of massage and amount of pressure which made for a wonderful experience.... more
So, I love Lotus. Their kid BJJ program and adult program is stellar. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because our personal experience with the kids kickboxing program wasn't great.... more
OTF Suprise is the best! Very friendly staff making you feel very welcome. Cleanest OTF I've been to yet! You might find a cheaper gym elsewhere but you wont get results like you can with the Orange Theory workouts.... more

Nice casual vibe with dedicated friendly staff. Small but has most everything you need. Not usually too busy except around 5pm.. My wife is a power lifter and I am into CrossFit. They had everything we both needed and a very helpful staff to boot.... more

Great coaches, great facility, and fair prices. I loved taking my daughter to the 4/5 year old class. Coach Tricia was amazing and so good with the kids. I liked having open gym on Tuesday mornings at the same time so my 2 year of son could play while my daughter was practicing.... more
