Smart GymI didn't use the gym classes enough and when I went to downgrade my membership they let me know that I had just been billed that day my membership fee. I asked if they could rebill at the new rate they said no.... more
Never informed us with email or phone call they were closing shop. Very unprofessional from the red headed bastard owner !. The customer service at smart gym is awful. They charged me a cancellation fee, even though I never renewed my contract.... more
