This man is amazing! He changed my life in so many positive ways. I used to have a lot of negative beliefs about myself and through the wisdom he shares before each workout and me implementing what he taught, I can honestly say I LOVE MYSELF!!! I have also been skinny my whole life, which most people would assume is a "good" thing, but I used to view it as weakness.... more
