Awesome workout and great trainers- I've been coming for a few months now and hope to continue.. Esporta is formerly known as LA Fitness and what I like about it is not just the fact they have all the machines and free weights you could want, along with great pool, spa wet and dry saunas but this location is not as crowded so you can do your workouts with out having to take a spot in queue.... more

When this was a 24 hour fitness, I got a killer deal. Nearly 800 upfront for 3 year membership and 5 PT sessions. Unlimited $50 per year after that. LA fitness does not do the deals that 24hr fitness did, but they are at least honoring the deals they inherited from 24hr fitness.... more
Eric Stark is amazing. With the introduction of Esporta, my membership was changed and it is due to Eric that I am still an LA Fitness customer. He is able to take on the customers perspective and truly run through options and help choose what will benefit the customer.... more
The facility is very nice. Very clean though sometimes the bathroom needs attention. Plenty of equipment. The staff is as unfriendly as any other LA Fitness. The lack of training about customer service and friendliness to customers is a common thread in all LA Fitness centers.... more
The people are nice and friendly helpful. Love my trainer he keeps me on my toes literally. They have all the equipment needs to get u in shape and healthy.. There is a new Ops Manager named CJ at the Awhatukee location and there was an immediate improvement with customer service and the overall atmosphere of this club.... more

The new manager is doing a great job! I've witnessed MAJOR improvements. This gym is cleaner!. Just signed up and I am very impressed with the whole experience!!! This gym is clean & amazing!!! It has so many options & machines to accommodate a senior beginner, as myself, to the hard core body builder.... more
Great basketball gym layout with several half courts and one full court. Good capacity restrooms, locker room. Don't care for the free weight or circuit training layout. It gets really packed, so check Google maps before you go if you don't want to be there when it's busy.... more
Will be even a better gym if they open at 4am. Please do. There are people waiting since 4:40am here. Definitely will help the gym bring more members if this location opens earlier, including weekends 6am.... more

Love this gym but the kids club is extremely lacking! If they would improve the kids area this would be a 5 star place!! Not ever crazy busy like other gyms in the area which is why i can here.... more
Thanks for the heads up regarding the remodel. I just woke up early and drove across town to find out for the first time that the gym is closed lol. Sat for a minute in the parking lot and watched at least 6 other cars do the same thing I did.... more
This location now is closed supposedly due to the development of a new apartment complex in its place. Some members were upset to see their group exercise classes relocated, but to be honest, the group exercise room has had a subpar air conditioning for the longest time, and the raised level instructor podium was a fall hazard.... more

Lifts were too heavy to carry, but was great overall. My experience with the management at this location is appalling. I tried for 2 weeks to get Mason to call me. The only way he finally did was because I called the corporate office.... more

Worst gym ever. No pool no basketball. No swimming towels. Worst hours in whole state. Look it up. Do not waste your time or money. Best part they charge 33$ a month. I just want to know for what exactly????? Its beyond me why people give it five stars.... more
