After 6 years at this fitness center I could not be happier. Staff is friendly and helpful. New equipment has been brought in and is always very clean. My TRX class is great. Have increased my strength and cardio. I highly recommend Snap Fitness.

New owners have done a great job of upgrading the gym. New smoothie bar, workout room, and upgraded equipment. Great experience so far!

I'm from Philadelphia member of snap in my area, I was visiting friends in Mesa, Rob made me feel very welcomed to Gilbert facility... treated me as one of his area members. Very clean facility, I felt very comfortable,

Very clean, usually not very busy so you don't have to fight over weights or machines. Very friendly staff. They have their own protien shake bar.

Well what can I say the owners dad who looks like an ex con likes to threaten old members who were there. Saying that there are cameras and we are watching you. Apparently if you were cool with the old people who ran the gym you can't be trusted. Maybe of the young buck didn't spend the money gym members paid on his personal life the gym would be in better condition with better weights.

I've called twice, left a message and emailed them. No one has gotten back to me. Super unprofessional.

Customer service is poor. I tried cancelling numerous times to and finally had to call my bank to stop being charged. DONT GO. It's convenient but not worth it.

The customer service is absolutely disgusting. I requested to cancel my membership and was told I would need to come in to fill out paperwork and set up a 30 day notice. After attempting to come in on 5 separate occasions (no one was at the facility to help), I left a note requesting to be called. When the person called to talk to me, he became very hostile, raising his voice and being very insulting. He then told me I was showing up at the wrong time of day and said I need to be there before 1 pm or after 4 pm, I told him that I was at the location the previous day at 1130AM and he said well that time is by appointment only. I then requested to have a time that I could come in at which point he then said that I just need to sign a piece of paper with a 30 day notice request and said he explained this to me previously (this was a lie as he specifically told me that I needed to physically fill out paperwork at the office in order to cancel). As I requested this, he then would not let me talk or help to schedule such an appointment. Worst customer service that I have ever experienced.

Zero maintenance. Bolts falling out of equipment/saftey concern. Majority of padding is cracked. All trash can's spilling onto floor.
This gym is poorly maintained. Not recommended
