Always packed. Just not big enough. Ultimately cancelled my membership on December 16, 2019. Told my last charge would come on January 16, 2020 and I could use the gym until February 16, 2020. On February 16, 2020 I was charged the $49 annual fee. I spoke twice on the phone with them and went in person to have the charge reversed and so far all I have gotten is excuses but no refund. To top it off on March 16, 2020 I was charged the monthly fee. No one is even trying to be helpful in resolving this issue so I'll just have to dispute it with my credit card.
The gym is clean. The kids play area is nice.my kids don't complain about it. Some of the machines have video of the play area. The staff is super nice. Good prices
First time in there. Madi gave me a detailed tour, and she was incredible! Very thorough, kind, sweet, and funny.. I hope all staff members are as amazing as madi is. Lots of equipment here too. More than LA, and way cheaper. Facility seemed clean also, and plenty of parking. I will definitely be signing up!
This particular location was something else and renovated. So, it seems a bit run down. The morning group classes tend to be overly packed. I actually avoid this location if I can find the class I want somewhere else. I've talked to other members that feel the same way.
DO NOT SIGN UP.Signed up for personal training to see if I'd like it. Was told the membership was open ended and now when I want to cancel when they tell me that I signed up for a 6 month training session!!! Its absolutely ridiculous that they don't even let you know what you're signing up for. This gym membership is a scam. Its a putrid place. Its so scummy. Absolutely horrendous. Cancelling is the worst experience. DO NOT SIGN UP
I really a like this place. It has new equipment and bunch of classes. And for 15 dollars for month the offer child care
Great place. I have been using a trainer and not only is he working me out he is giving me the tools to use when we are done. I work in the financial industry and my trainer Mark has given me the flexibility to work my crazy hours and still use his services. Sometimes I have needed to make last minute changes, he has accommodated.

This place is great. I'm mostly impressed by the kid's staff. They're fantastic with children and have remembered us since day one.
The floor is really organized well. Machines are spaced adequately. I would only for more leg presses.
Some people here are a little insensitive when they don't wipe off their sweat. That's not the gym' s fault, though.
All in all a great environment. The manager, Manny, is always avaliable when I have questions.

Doesn't matter when you go, it is always crowded. You constantly have to wait in line for any machine/racks (except cardio machines). The day I signed up was crazy busy and I asked the sales rep if it was always busy like this and she said no. She said she wasn't sure why it was this busy but it's usually isn't. WHAT A CROCK! She lied just to assure me that it doesn't get crowded. The WORST part about this gym is the childcare. If you are a parent and plan on utilizing the childcare, do not sign up. I was only a member for 2 months. Every time I dropped my kids off (except my very first visit) I had to wait because they were always at capacity. Now, at capacity is for fire regulation so they should always abide by the max capacity, right? Nope, they don't. Several times I waited outside the door because they said they had several extra children over capacity and couldn't take any more until children were checked out. BUT, as I waited, people with appointments or new members that were signing up were allowed to bring their kids in. Very shady. Also, every time I would check on my young daughter, she was always sitting on the floor crying. The young employees never cared to cheer her up. They would just walk right by her. UGH, I hate this place so much I had to leave a review, which is something I rarely do.

Absolutely awful company to deal with...upon canceling they made us jump through hoops of emails but still haven't been able to cancel and they're still charging my bank money. Stay away from this scam of a gym.
Edit...was corrected after about a week and a few emails back and forth. They did end up refunding us the previous month and stopped membership.
The gym itself isnt bad, but this review is more about the customer service. Adding a star because it was solved but leaving it low because it shouldnt have been this hard.
I've been a member for about a year and a half. Absolutely used to love it, but they recently changed their cleaning crew and things aren't the same. The gym isn't as clean as it used to be...lockers are dirty, sauna doesn't seem as clean, there's nats by the pool shower area...just slowly becoming more messy. Classes are fun and stuff is very friendly, but the cleanliness issue is starting to ruin it for me.

Like the movie room and the classes are pretty fun. I just feel like it's really crowded. My daughter loves the playroom and asks to go everyday.
This is the first gym membership I have ever had and probably the last. This gym is way too small and way too crowded no matter what time you go. I take my 2 kids and the first week I went they brought me my one daughter all the time because she was crying. Then just when she got used to it a little kid bit my other daughter. Some of the workers were very sweet but it was disappointing to get there and have no one able to pay attention to my kids because it is PACKED with kids.
Classes are impossible to get into. You reserve your spot online but it's so packed that there is no space to set up your equipment once you get there.
ABC financial is a pain upon cancelling.
Basically, I read all these reviews before joining and I wish I had listened.
Very nice, had some great deals going for personal training and full access for less than $25 a month. Child care currently discounted for people signing up. John Donald, I assume one of the personal trainers or managers, was a great guy to speak to and very positive.
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS GYM - unless you are able to read "FINE PRINT"
Be aware the people who you go in to talk to are just kids with a job at a gym. Nothing more. They are told how to be sketchy sales people with, un-professional selling tactics. They however are VERY nice and great you with a smile. BUT, keep in mind they CANNOT do anything to help you with the finical obligations you sign when getting a membership.
PLEASE, PLEASE, Please read the fine print and ask them to explain ALL the terms in the membership contract. Ask them how long the contract is? How and when will money be taken out? What is the "canceling process", how does one cancel their membership (ITS NOT EASY)

Hopefully you never have to go after 8 pm. It's over sold social hour. No one to staff the gym, weights left all over the place, users rotating equipment and leaving weights on benches tying up equipment. Cameras everywhere so these kids can post their workouts to YouTube accounts. Groups of people hanging out on equipment socializing. It's an absolute joke. This is a get pay what you get for kind of gym.
Google "ABC Financial" before joining this gym. This is the contracted company who handles billing, and your account. I cancelled my membership today (after not attending for a year) and had to call ABC Financial to cancel. This might be fine and dandy for most, but not for me. I want the company I signed up with to handle my business, not a 3rd party company who never talked to me. Also note, there is a 30 day cancellation policy.
The actual gym is nice. I started on day one - it was crowded for the next few months before I quit going (sounds like it still is too). Most of the weight machines were occupied constantly. I thought it funny to see people in matching workout gear, as if it was a "fashion-centered" gym. Would be 3/5. Knocked a star for ABC Financial. Should knock two stars off though...
EOS fitness at Higley and Pecos is the best gym I've ever been in. It is clean and spacious, with all the right amenities. They offered a no pressure 7-day free pass to try out the facility. I have been able to get on the cardio equipment and use the equipment without wait times. It was an easy decision to join at the end of the free trial. Just had a complimentary training session with Brandon B., thanks to the recommendation of Denny. Both are great guys! Very knowledgeable fitness professionals. Really took the time to listen to my goals and helped developed an excellent workout plan. Very Satisfied...
The gym is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, has everything you could want in terms of equipment. It appears to be really popular because it is fairly busy the times I have been there but not to the point where I could not do everything I wanted. Does have the total dude bro feel so if you don't like that atmosphere probably not the gym for you but it is way better than most LA fitnesses or the mountain side in queencreek. So for me it is 5 stars.
jon kopp is right but I will try to make the best of it I found it is like this throughout the state and they are open 24 hours so it suck but at least that makes up for it.
Great hours, friendly staff but very poor equipment layout. Way to much cardio equipment, machines up against others with no space to even walk around or load machine with plates. Some machines in free weight section is a 911 call waiting to happen. Someone needs to call the fire marshal to inspect safety of this gym layout. All the other EoS gyms are laid out nice and roomy. This location gets a big F
Great gym tons of equipment. Staff is amazing. Movie theater room is so cool.

Screw this place. They know they WAY oversold memberships. Should be ashamed. I've tried and can't even use my membership. B.S. man. Pure B.S
This is a fact... From an article about gyms..
"There's an actual formula gyms use to determine how many members they can comfortably accommodate, but it's not uncommon for management to get greedy and keep signing people up. This strategy might work when airlines do it -- they can offer free tickets to passengers they have to bump to a later flight. When gyms do it? You just end up waiting an extra 30 minutes to take a turn on a treadmill. The gym is the only one that wins."
I was paying almost $40 a month for a 24 hour fitness membership at a crappy gym and now I am paying around $29 a month here. I have unlimited guest passes which is a great perk. It's a nice gym and everyone who works there is friendly. I will say that I am a bit hesitant after some of the reviews regarding issues with payment so I will be watching my bank account more carefully. Other than that, I'm happy.
By far best gym I have been a member of. The value you get for your money is top notch. I have been a member of multiple fitness centers over the past 20 years. They don't have hidden fees. Easy and cheap to sign up. The amenities you revive are worth double the price. I notice people complain about it being crowded. I go around 2 or 3 pm during the day and rarely have issues jumping on my favorite machines. They offer a free 7 day trial I believe. Perfect way to see if this is the gym for you. And to top it off the customer service is great. You will not be disappointed.
Super affordable, month to month, facility has almost all the equipment you'd ever need and more. The 3 stars is because the gym is absolutely packed, not just with people, but the equipment is all extremely close together. We figured at 5am, only a few people would be there, and the manager said likewise, but we arrive with a full house every morning. They need to open another location, prioritize their equipment, and space it better. The staff are kind, the gym crowd is diverse, the sauna and pool are average (but great to have), and the cardio cinema is pretty good. The equipment is moderately cleaned and maintained, but for the money, EOS is a great value.
Upscale gym, with a lot of amenities such as a pool, sauna and a wide variety of equipment to use. They have a very unique cinema where you can watch movies on the big screen while working out. This is a great gym for beginners as well as long time gym goers. The membership price is very reasonable for all the perks you get for joining.
If I could give this zero stars, I absolutely would. This gym is awful. The Higley location is consistently well over safe capacity, and when asked about the maximum occupancy, the manager gave me the capacity for the entire building, which includes 4 other businesses. He was incredibly dismissive about my question and clearly did not even bother to pretend to care about my concerns. They also continue to sell memberships when there is genuinely no more room for people to work out. Their cancellation process is impossible too, as you have to call a third party phone number to even begin the process. DO NOT COME HERE. There is nothing redeemable about this gym; it is not worth it.
Awesome Trainers that actually do the work they have you do, My Trainer Max is awesome and does a great job. i have tried Mountainside and others and haven't found as good a trainer as i have now.
I figured i would take a minute and read some of the reviews in here, i couldn't believe how many babies can type, someone broke into my car, someone was using the machine i wanted to use, other people want to work out when i want to work out. All i can say is grow up, yea it gets busy that's because a lot of people like to workout there. Maybe you should build your own gym then you wont have to share.
It's great for the price. They have some unique classes that sound really fun. I just prefer something a little nicer.
Great gym. Really friendly and inexpensive compared to most! It has something there for everyone. Although the punching bag hasn't been fixed....
