This place is unclean at best. Half the equipment is always broke or unusable. The customer service is terrible. They have removed all ways of canceling from their webpage and app. You can no longer cancel services with them. They just keep taking your money. What an awful company.
You say members can still cancel any time they want to which is not true. I have contacted the club several times and was told I can't cancel. Then they told me I can mail in a request to cancel or that I have to come into the club ( which I can't cause you're closed). Now your updated terms which I have posted state I have to come into the club or I can't cancel. This isn't reasonable especially in the times we are in right now. You have made it impossible for me to cancel and have ignored my mailed in request to cancel. I have contacted the BBB about this all. Hopefully everyone that thinking of a gym to join reads this and sees the type of company you are.

As a health club, youfit doesn't particulary standout, but has no real problems either, that is, until you try to cancel your membership. Then they refuse to cancel, state that they require advanced notice, and hit you with extra months, a cancellation fee, and an administrative fee. I believe this tactic is part of their business model to squeeze every last penny out of an honest persons pocket on their way out the door.

I really like the staff. They are all so helpful and truly make you feel like they are glad you are there. My trainer, Russ, has been an exceptional asset as I have had 5 knee surgeries between both my knees and two on my foot. He looks for any way to help so I can meet my goals. The only thing is there are not enough benches in the locker rooms and I miss the bathing suit water evaporate machine that the old location used to have. As a whole, Youfit goes out of their way to truly encourage patrons to use the facilities. As a result, I do!

I started coming as a guest of my husband under the Lime membership but quickly got my own membership. The gym is clean, everyone is friendly and it's never too crowded. It is perfect for what I need and I really enjoy working out there. I appreciate how all of the employees greet me when I arrive.

The gym is always impeccable! you can see the staff all the time wiping the equipment, vacuuming the floors, doing some maintenance in some machines. The showers, toilets and the locker rooms are always clean.
The staff is always friendly and wiling to help, my personal experiences have been with Jacob and Garret, great guys! The gym is big enough so I never feel to tight and there's always equipment available to use.
I will highly recommend anyone to join this particular location.
I've been a member for over a year.

EDIT EDIT Below.......A very inexpensive way for me to get a good workout daily. Some staff at this Gilbert location are very friendly people. Gabe always greets me with my name and a friendly attitude. The place is always clean and the amenities are worth the price of admission.....WELL IT USED TO BE.....but after all the issues with pricing for the new year 2019.... the club came through on honoring the membership price of $119. They said it was a marketing error and that current members will get the membership at this price. Just wish they would update the old previous gyms equipment to You Fit Equipment instead of the old stuff from the other two gyms that occupied the space.

Gym is a gym, its a good gym, cleanb, busy it's what's expected. But to get charged $10 to tell you guys to cancel my membership. I understand if I signed up for a certain amount of months and I broke the contract. But this is a month to month place. And your going to charge me a processing fee!! Are you flipping kidding me.
Just bad business in my opinion.

Great staff!! I can't say enough good things about this location. Very friendly and non intimidating environment. Heather is an incredible trainer. Actually all the trainers seem great, each with there own personal style.
The only down side is that the locker room is generally on the dirty side. The rugs need replacement or shampooing .

EcoMonica I fitness facility and is comparable to planet fitness in price but added feature...they have a swimming pool.and offer water aerobics! This place is huge and competed with some of the bigger clubs like LA Fitness with the large quantity of equipment...i was quite impressed for a low cost budget friendly club. they have lockers a steam room/sauna as well. Exercise room for classes and a stretch weight room as well...very nice club for $11.00/mo.

The swimming pool area is blazingly hot in summers, you can hardly breathe. Also, eyes get really red after a swim in these waters. Some research shows that this can happen if there are fecal particles or too much urine content.

A very friendly staff. Well equipped gym anything from free weights to swimming. Has a good class room and even has a room designated for yoga and stuff

This is the "new" location for the one that closed on Lindsay and Williamsfield. It is still the same OLD equipment from when I belonged years ago as Fitness Works. When they go to the YOUFIT equipment I will give it a better star rating. But will they? Plus I don't see one worker from other location here, what happened to them???

I think I am happy with this place. As a new member I was not swarmed by trainers or member svs. Those people are there and available to you should you require what they offer. It was not crowded and it was very well stocked with free weights and pin weight machines and it is well lit with class spaces around the main gym.

Club is always dirty and the staff sucks. All the trainers especially the females are just average too...why would I train with them lol! Don't waste your time at this gym..
